About Unique Pathways
Unique Pathways is a private, unapologetically Christian organization whose mission is to provide quality ABA & Speech services to families whose child(ren) are living with developmental, behavioral, and social limitations in a cost-efficient, innovative, and compassionate way. We want to empower parents, provide children a voice, and deliver quality intervention services to all families in a collaborative, innovative, and compassionate manner. We believe ALL children are created equal, and it is their divine right to be treated and served with the same dignity and respect every human deserves.
The Unique Pathways Difference
Each program is specifically tailored to meet the developmental needs of the child. Our programs are designed to foster dynamic and flexible thinking, facilitate meaningful relationships with peers and family, develop independence and self-advocation, and teach life skills. We don't default to a 40-hours-a-week therapy schedule. Our BCBA's will design a program specific to the child's needs, only including hours that are necessary. Sometimes that looks like a 40 hour week. Other times only social skills hours are needed. It's all dependent upon what is found necessary by the BCBA during initial assessments in the intake period. Another trait that sets us apart is that we don't "age kids out" of our programs. We continue services past ages that other ABA clinics will not typically service. Some of our younger clients have graduated therapy services earlier than expected. When the client shows adequate skills and no longer requires ABA therapy, we will not keep them here simply because insurance will support it. They get to go practice what they've learned in the "real world" and live their lives without daily therapy sessions, which is the goal.
