They have been extremely helpful in covering the costs of my daughters hearing aids and related costs associated with her sudden hearing loss.

If I could give it no stars I would. For those who are parents with children with special needs dont bother. This Organization focuses on appearances on how the public views them. but not once do they share any thing in common regarding assisting and helping with children with special needs this is like a lottery if youre picked you would have possibly receive the assistance that some children need if youre not your child is pretty much fallen through the cracks and forgotten. They will reach out to you multiple times and have you sign forms signing up for something that you will never receive. its like a quota for them they send out these forms they have you fill in your childs info. after that thats all they need they send out these workers that are supposedly able to assist you but they pretty much do the same things that you can do yourself.I went through two I believe and finally three people they sent the third we assured me that this was not going to be a repeat that this is not going to be a failure or disappointment but so far it seems OK in the beginning after that they seem awkward with you they take things too personally your feelings get hurt if youre disappointed and upset professionalism is something that is definitely not here in this organization is disappointed that this organization is so willing to toss your child out I went through two and the finally three people they sent. the third reassured me that this was not going to be a repeat that this is not going to be a failure for disappointment but so far it seems OK in the beginning. But after that they seem awkward with you they take things too personally there feelings get hurt if youre disappointed and upset professionalism is something that is definitely not here in this organization. disappointed that this organization is so willing to toss your child out before the even help them. so if you need Assistance for your child well we will just have to face it. There is no where for child with special needs to go or get help from. The parents will need to create and know and advocate which I bet some has already been doing. For me I always have its just unfortunate that sometimes you need a Authorized individual to attain information that should be also available to parents who would need to educate and not limit the parents at all for they are the only ones that can try and to create and to obtain the systems that their child needs. Organizations such as this what is the point of them existing some people say theyre good at funding not from experience I experienced some say that theyre helpful with Information thats interesting that they think that especially majority of it I can find myself. Sometimes a parent needs to push themselves extra harder its unfortunate organizations such as these say that they want to carry some of the burden from the parent with a child with special needs. but that is not the case because theyre not. There words are pretty. Some say it is not what we need.It saddens me and disappoints me how special needs children are at the bottom of the food chain. Not noticed....and if you take my words as aggressive angry. Then you just dont understand my words.
