Ken Moon is an incompetent and inconsistent IT director. He prefers to maintain the status quo and bury things under the rug. Rather than solve the issues plaguing The Help Group. Above all he does not comply with HIPAA.

I used to like this school so much because there were good teachers and have fun activities earlier. As I get older this school has been going downhill because of the administration change. The rules were getting unfair toxic students and corrupt officials. At least there are some good teachers that I like. So I would not recommend this school for your kids with high functioning autism or special needs.

The Help Group is a wonderful school and I cant imagine my child going anywhere else. My son has been a student for nearly 5 years now. The staff is incredibly caring and go over the beyond. Dr McCracken and the vice principal Jason are some of the most wonderful caring people who go over and beyond for their students. We dont know what we would do without them.Even during the pandemic they are looking out for the safety of their students and staff and are so accommodating for those who do not do well with distance learning. Whenever weve had an issue they are so quickly to handle it. When my son was hospitalized with an injury the entire staff called us and kept in contact nearly every day to check in and make sure not only was my son okay but as parents as well. They care not only for their students but their families as a whole.

Best non public school in LAUSD for Autism. It was a great move for my son. The teachers are very patient and understanding. Classroom size is small so your child gets the most from the curriculum. I love this school. It has been a God Send for my child and my family.
