WOW The R word is the same as the N word and no one is trying to bring it back. The ableism of this organization is clear just from the label. Reconsider treating people with differences as less than just because people dont take the same thinking pathways does not determine accuracy or speed. People thinking from more perspectives are going to take more time responding. People who have multiple abuse filters from a society of systemic ableism are going to second triple over guess themselves because they were never granted support. This does NOT make room for othering and demeaning labels. Disgusting these places claim to be helping when its clear they are set up to undermine and demean. If it were otherwise the language used would be respectful. Different does not equate less than why is that obvious to people about race religion gender poverty and sexual orientation but too convoluted for the general public to grasp about differences in abilities
