Terrible place to work staff shortages and terminations and suspensions of employees around holiday to avoid pay if they hear any false allegations you will be suspended with no response. I just watched them tell someone they are suspended until further notice with no explanation just in time for Christmas. I will be calling dept of health and dept of labor on this place as well over whelming amount of pts with bed sores never put your family in the hands of these people.

Place sucks. They pay you 9.00 an hour help take care of handicap people. Its great to help them but all the work it takes to care for them at 9.00 an hour is not right or worth it.You normally have 2-3 employees per class room of 16 people which in my opion is not enough. You have to watch and care for them take them out on trips as well as driving perticipents on buses to and from outings.Bus drivers to transport people make a min 22.00 an hour.Employees should be making at least 15 an hour.

I worked at AHRC in Suffolk and it was the worst work experience of my life..The people there were verbally abusive and bullies. Also they hire family members and give preferential treatment to them...The hire ups do absolutely no work and put it all on the lower paid workers..Also they are abusive towards the clients..
