Did not care or treat patient correctly. Had to take my kid to be baker acted. We are elsewhere where she has been able to be medically treated not just patty cake sit down and talk. Also they do not answer phones or call back. I called after to inform them of what happened and they never called back they show they do not care about the patients. It was a death situation and they didnt even follow up on the condition.

I have been out of meds over a week. My refill requests by my pharmacy have been ignored multiple times and then suddenly DECLINED with absolutely no phone call to me. I have left many messages. No one will answer the phone or call me back. They do not care that I am having withdrawals from my meds and they wont care about yours either.

Horrible experience. Had a counseling appt virtual after having to wait a month between appointments. The zoom link didnt work and I was not able to access my appointment. Sent a message to office and have not heard anything back. They simply do not care about you or your well being. Dont waste your time.

i wasnt even a patient here but i was trying to become one. i went there today at 1pm to enroll and the cut off is 2pm the lady at the counter refused to enroll me and she said i was too late the cut off is 2pm even though it was literally 1pm. i left crying and felt hopeless. they need to care more and do their job better.

Been going here for years. Lately no one answers the phone. Appreciate the service but want to get through when I call. Most of the staff is great but they had some changes a while ago and now they have fewer people. It definitely shows.

Quite often theyre understaffedBut it took me a long time to let my disease grow much longer than the wait I had to wait there. The wait was worth it. They hooked me up with everybody I needed to see

My therapist is great but the scheduling team either needs more help or they need a new system. I had to reschedule my virtual appointment because they had no rooms available for me. I bring my infant with me to my appointments so I always show up on time and call beforehand to make sure my appointment is confirmed. I tried to call twice about this appointment once last week and again today and no one answered the phone and they have no voicemail set up. When I brought up my concerns they didnt apologize or take responsibility for not being able to provide me with a room for my appointment. They blamed my therapist and being understaffed. I understand that these things happen but they couldnt guarantee that it wouldnt happen again. Now Im having to find a new place to have my virtual therapy appointments because I cant rely on the actual building to have rooms available at my appointment time.

Unfortunately I dont have any experience with any of the therapists or professionals other than the intake. They were very thorough at intake and set me up with a few appointments. They also set me up with a group via Zoom but never sent the Zoom link or log in details Ive missed two weeks and they did not return my call asking for this info. You cannot get ahold of ANYONE. I just called and had to leave a voicemail to cancel any scheduled appointments with them because they have a fee for no show appointments and who knows if they even check their voicemail cause they sure as hell dont call you back to let you know. I am very disappointed because I wanted help and they seemed like they really wanted to help but how is it any help if they dont communicate with you

I have had to reschedule with Emmanuel the psychiatrist for different times the first time was my mistake I called and rescheduled the person who rescheduled me double booked a manual so the day came that I was supposed to make that appointment and they called me and rescheduled it again another month and a half out at that point I had forgotten so the next day I got a call that I missed my appointment so I told Starting Point to set another appointment this time they said it for a check in not an evaluation Im doing this for my own mental health but also to satisfy probation. I do not feel like Starting Point at this point is helping me the way that I need them to even though Ive done as much as I possibly can to be a part of my recovery. Im supposed to see my therapist every other week and I understand they are understaffed and overbooked however I am a recovering addict with severe mental health issues and the last time I seen her was the first week of December and I wont see her again until mid January. I have called multiple times telling them I need to speak to a supervisor I need to speak to a therapist and their response is we are in open admission youre gonna have to hold on and then I held for a total of 30 minutes. I asked to speak to a therapist which means Im having issues if you work in a mental health place you should understand that this is so unacceptable and very disappointing

I started going to starting point about 3 years ago for my depression and anxiety. I was a literal mess. I can still remember my first appointment with my doctor crying because I wasnt the person that I once was. Depression had taken so much from me at that point I felt like giving up but my doctor assured me that there was still hope in all that darkness and she was right. Its been a long journey but starting point has been by my side the whole way. I cant say enough good things about the people here. They actually care about you and will fight for you especially when you dont have it in you to fight for yourself. I can honestly say I probably wouldnt be the person I am today if it wasnt for them. Thank you starting point for never giving up.
