Good luck getting help I dont recommend this place. They denied my son twice. Hes 4 years old and according to them didnt meet the requirements but the signs are all there had him seen by so many people this is a very critical time for him and he got turned away. Basically waisted a year of our time. Hard to reach them on the phone and their office has been closed to the public since covid theyre still using that excuse. All they tell is appeal and try again to waste more of your time. Two thumbs down for this organization.

My experience with San Andreas has not been very helpful. They dont listen to your needs Im glad I dont have them for payee they cant be trusted Im better off without San Andreas They havent done nothing to help get me to appts of care when Im sick or been in the emergency room. My case worker tries to act like she is my mother she treats me like a child instead of an adult I dont recommend sarc

Why do you even continue helping children when you DONT even return voicemails and messages on setting up an evaluation then have the audacity to tell me I reached the cut out date when you cant even properly reach back to people. And proceed to tell me there is NO record when I callednow my question to you is why is your place even STILL open

Very upsetting to wait for an appointment 3 months. Come in and have a scheduled appointment and make you wait over an hour because they are behind on their work and the case worker is sick. After an hour of waiting she tried to apologize and reschedule for her negligence of being lazy and stating she wont see us and she will be out on vacation and had to reschedule us until January. So much for helping kids in the area If anybody is seeking help or guidance this is the last place I hope anybody comes too. Very disappointed cant imagine how they treat others.

My son and I have been with the Regional Center for years. The professionalism has been outstanding in past years. As staff has changed the past three years has been disappointing as services are often denied even medical emergencies where increased respite is urgently needed. I hope this year that SARC will finally assist our small family with the appropriate increase in Respite hours and additional supports. As a single mother of a severely disabled child I am in need of help. Thank You.

Kim Yvonne Yesenia Rosie Mirta Marlena Carmelita and Juan really do their best to accommodate all of the families in Monterey County. I imagine their caseloads are enormous so they have a lot on their plates. It really takes a lot of passion and patience to work in social services and I truly admire the work they do.

They may be stressed out but instead of having sincerity and understanding for parents trying to get things done it just seems they can be rude. Maybe they need additional training on how to properly work with families and have a better tone of speaking. They say Clinical staff but whom exactly RN LVN any information Just hand us your clinical documents with no release of patient information.

They were polite and very courteous. You need to know your way around an office to make requests though. You have to be proactive with this office in a professional manner.
