ROWI Teen and Parent Wellness Center - Valencia

ROWI was a lifesaver for our daughter and family overall. The office staff psychiatrist school liaison therapists family and individual and other teammembers got to know our daughter and taught her skills gave her confidence and truly listened to her. She actually lookedforward to going most days We are so grateful for their services

Rowi caused me to have ptsd and now I cant sit in a room for 30 minutes without extreme anxiety. Rowi knowingly misplaced me in their partial hospitalization which does cost around 20 more than their intensive outpatient daily. I was confined in their small facility for 7 hours a day 5 days a week for 5 weeks with no entertainment or contact with the outside world. we were only allowed to use coping skills for the 5 minute increments between the 6 1 hour long group sessions that just consisted of us talking about our problems which is stressful if thats all youre allowed to do for 5 weeks strait. in total i was forced to spend 11 weeks with rowi. 6 weeks in IOP 11 weeks of my life wasted and spent developing severe depression. Now I cant see a therapist. Now I cant speak about how I feel. Now i cant reach out for help if i need it. all because of the severe emotional issues Rowi has caused me. Before i was admitted i had only minimal depression. now i have various issues that will take years to overcome.

I and my wife had been working for more than 20 years in medical field up to now. We are basically hard to be pleased. We moved from different MDstherapies for our teen mental issue due to our dissatisfaction. But Rowi Valencia exceeded our expectation. They did an excellent job to our daughter. One of many positive examples is Rowi helped my daughter developed coping skills to adapt herself in a difficult mental strugglesituation. Thats very Huge Family therapy is also included in their program. With that our parent-daughter communicationrelationship now is way better. Theres more positives Rowi did to us. Anyway Rowi Valencia we are very grateful. Please continue helping. You are a blessing to every family with teens who struggles mentally.

when i first was in the program it was really good and everyone was super respectful but as time went on it got worse and the people in charge werent doing much about it to help the clients feel safe i ultimately left feeling very unsafe and unwelcome and do not recommend for people struggling if they are sensitive because the staff wont help at all

My experience at rowi was great All of the staff made an effort to get to know me on another level they all were so supportive of my journey and pushed me to do better in the best ways possible All of the therapists are very good My therapist jenny was amazing she always listened to me and heard me out and gave me really good feed back but no only that we would also have fun and laugh. Being in group sessions help me realize that im not alone family sessions were sometimes ruff but my family therapist Rachel helped guide me and my family to a better place and we are now so much better overall rowi is such an amazing program they were my light through the darkness

ROWI helped guide our son through a very rough patch in his life. I believe that at ROWI he learned life skills that will serve him very well as he traverses the remainder of his teen years and beyond.

ROWI Valencia not only helped my son but our family. ROWI accepted my son when other agencies wouldnt. ROWI took a chance on my son and has helped him so much. In addition to his time in both PHP and then IOP I as a parent gained so much in learning communication with my teen. I enjoyed the Parent Meetings as well as it offered community. The staff at ROWI Valencia are AMAZING and I feel so blessed to have been able have my son receive the help he needed. I cant say enough great things about ROWI from admission programs offered to graduation it was a great experience and exactly what he needed. I appreciate the time patience and care they took with him. Thank you ROWI Valencia for your kindness.

ROWI is most definitely a treatment clinic that I would recommend All of the staff were so kind and you really can get to know them My therapist was always so understanding and always gave her honest opinion. I thrived while at ROWI and I thank the ROWI team for everything Ive learned here Here they have many accessible coping skills as well as teaching them. All of the groups they have as well as the sessions are extremely helpful They offer individual and family sessions. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment Ive had here. You can really tell that the staff here are dedicated to helping you through this. Thank you ROWI

Rowi was very helpful for me. I met a lot of very nice people and the staff were all extremely understanding and supportive.

Saro was very helpful I had questions about the program and he was very informative and gave me direction on what I needed to do with my child I am so happy i spoke with Saro and I came across the Rowi Organization .
