ROWI Teen and Parent Wellness Center - Thousand Oaks

I cant say enough good things about the Thousand Oaks location. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jared Rochelle Bailey Veronica are all amazing. They were a huge support and so very patient. I definitely feel that because the staff is on the younger side that there is a better connection with the kids.Our kid has some pretty significant challenges and this is one of the best facilities that we worked with. If you have a kid that is struggling and you feel like its just more of the same that there has been tons of therapy and nothing has really helped I would say give ROWI a try. Ultimately our kid was discharged for behavioral issues and they are STILL offering support in other ways. They truly are a great team and REALLY DO want to help you and your family.

The entire ROWI team is incredible. We are beyond thankful for each and every staff member at ROWI. Teen years can be difficult and our family needed help. As parents not having the answer of how to help your child is scary. ROWI helped our family at a time of crisis and the support at ROWI is outstanding.

Our son went to Rowi teen Calabasas through both the PHP and IOP programs. He struggles with depression anxiety attachment trauma and some anger issues. From the first moment we met with the owners Candice and Greg Fineberg who sat with us and let us know our family was going to heal that our son was going to be OK. I knew we were in the right place. Candice Fineberg is an amazing Clinician who knows adolescent treatment and mental health very well. She does it because she cares and although it is a business I know from my own time there it is so not about the money for them . They fight tirelessly with insurance companies for families in a way Ive never seen. As for the clinical director Saro and therapists at Rowi I dont even know where to begin. They took my countless calls and emails when I wouldnt know how to handle a situation or set a proper bounderies. They were always available to talk and offer support. They helped my son tremendously during his time while he was there. The patience and caring they give to each and every teen there shows greatly. Theyre masters at what they do. The programs like rock to recovery improv and art therapy were some of my sons favorite things. They make it an inviting place for kids who are struggling with real challenges. The school portion helps keep the kids current so they have less to worry about when they return to school while dealing with a difficult time in there lives and they have a great set up for that with a wonderful teacher. She was even willing to tour my sons school because his curriculum was a litttle out of the box so she went to see his school so she could help him better. Lastly the family support and parent training was great for my husband and I. When we got to Rowi our whole family was sick. With the help of the parenting pros family sessions and the book suggested by the program we made so many changes in our parenting style which has helped so much. We knew as our son changed we needed to do the changing with him. I will be forever grateful to this program for the help they have given to our family. I am going to miss them tremendously. I would highly recommend this program to people who have teens who are struggling. It is an amazing place.

Candice and her team are amazing - I truly believe all families can benefit from the incredible services that ROWI offers The staff is empathetic nurturing firm when necessary engaging and knowledgeable...and I love the innovative and out of the box therapies that they practice The staff focuses on helping the family as a whole and treats each child and family according to their unique circumstances needs and goals. Whether youre looking for traditional therapy or more intensive treatment for your child this team will guide and support you throughout the process

I am so grateful for Candice Saro and the entire staff at ROWI. Their professionalism compassion and expertise helped our family through a difficult time and put us on the road to recovery. I highly recommend ROWI to anyone looking for a partner to help their teen through whatever emotional or psychological issues they may be facing.
