Great experience Staff were professional able to meet with me immediately and took great care to ensure that myself and my son were safe. Telehealth appointments made receiving services extremely easy and when i moved out of the area staff continued to follow me until i was able to set up new providers. I would recommend to anyone

DO NOT USE This place . Completely unprofessional . Asked me to take my son out of school to do an intake which I agreed to do even though it will put him behind with all his issues they didnt care. Now on the day of his appt the receptionist call me 10 min before his appt and says oh sorry his therapist called in sick so we have to change ur appt and I have to wait today for another therapist who will just do an intake and he will get switched to another dr later what the hell kind of place is this She says no one else is here but me I ask for someone in charge head director Anyone She says oh they will call u when they have time today. Not caring at all my son stayed out of school. I could tell from the receptionist voice she deals with this a lot . We all go to drs we all know what kind of service we expect especially for children which means don t come here. Unfortunately I didnt read all the bad reviews I really wish I had.

I have been everywhere in Nassau county that takes our insurance. Never stayed for longer then a year anywhere I have had some pretty crappy experiences. Even though its a half hour drive its worth it. We found our match here. Everyone is pleasent that I have met and have never had a problem here.

Office staff is not engaged in doing their jobs. Carmen in the billing office huffs when asked to answer billing questions. Generally unpleasant dealing with them.

If I could give them negative stars I would totally do that North shore guidance center is supporting and promoting child alienation. They refuse to work with me on my children alienation and teated me with prejudice. The moment they heard that I have an accent they treated me like second class citizen... I tried to work with Hillary McGrath who was very biased about my culture and was poisoning my children against me My daughter told me that and badmouth me in front of my children. At some point I contacted the facility director who was very hostile and completely supported Hillary and also refuse to work with me. They will judge you based on your accent that is exactly how I felt.

This wont be very helpful because it refers to a therapist Marilyn Levine I believe who worked there a long time ago. I saw two social workers there....
