We was referred to them by the pediatrician when they called the lady was rude and hateful to begin with then said before they could even talk to us we needed to send in documentation that were the legal guardian we did she even confirmed it she sent the questionnaire for us to fill out then all of a sudden another worker called saying they never received the guardian documents that happened 3 times even threatened to cancel our referral. Not one person that weve talked to has been genuine if they treat us like trash I dont think I would want my 2 yr old nephew being seen by them and risk him being treated horrible by I dont see why doctors even refer their patients to them. Were currently looking into another facility besides this horrible place.

We had a good experience at Marcus. My daughter has a rare genetic disorder that is often accompanied by autism but it is hard to distinguish between the two. Dr. Richardson did a wonderful job evaluating my daughter and was compassionate and understanding. Thanks to her we can now get the services we need. The only negative thing that I can say about Marcus is how long it took to get an appointment. We were on the waitlist for over one year.

Marcus Autism is a JOKE - waited 3 years to get in and the service is beyond unprofessional. All appointments are telehealth the docs literally looks at your child for 2 seconds and recommends medicine I had to rely on my pediatrician and ABA therapist for suggestions because they took the time to observe and understand the needs. I am deaf - rely on reading lips - they have a strict MASK policy - mind you i will go to the pediatrician when my son has strain A flu and they have no issues removing their mask to speak with me. They are not even working with sick kids and refuse to remove their mask. I cannot understand anything they are saying. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

Super rude staff especially the receptionist. They do not answer your querries and never call you back. Long long waitlist Around 18 months just to get an evaluation done. When you call them to check on the status of your waitlist they do not even want to check on their system. Horrible

I have had a great experience so far with Marcus Autism. The staff knows their waitlists can be frustrating BUT as soon as I received the call about our intake and scheduling our evaluation the wait became worth it.Its been great having my childs team available to answer questions provide referrals and give reassurance. I sincerely appreciate how thorough the evaluation report is and the care given during follow ups.

I used to love this place it was great for my son but since Covid it has been awful. No one returns calls. I have to call repeatedly just to even get an appointment. They never call back you back. They do not care about their patients at least the psychiatrist section doesnt. They dont listen to issues all around a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend at least the psychiatrist section

So Ive seen some of the comments. I just want to say we were on the waiting list for 2 long years. Its honestly worth the wait Once youre in youre in August 2023 we were diagnosed. December 14 today we are back for a feeding class. Patience is a virtue baby steps but one at a time. Blessings and light to all. Merry Christmas

Due to the reviews I consistently called every 2 weeks for an update once my son was put on the waiting list which was in September of 2022. Eventually I had to speak with a few managers and supervisors but my son was finally diagnosed in July 2023. My advise to all of the parents still waiting would be to just keep following up and if needed then request to speak to leadership.
