If you want to have Lifes WORC take care of your family members care and finances this is how they treat clients like my spouse Kyle McGuiness behind closed doors. Paulette Elbers who was hired by the Surrogates Court by the Surrogate Judge for his safety and protection should not be able to help those with disabilities in need she should be stopped. Their company does things on their own terms and shows power of authority perfectly described in these pictures that he gave me the permission to post to expose them. They are neglectful and make excuse after excuse and send our family responses pertaining to why they cant help him and us get off the streets until the 3rd of August directing us to shelters. We are going public.

Ive had very positive experiences dealing with Jenn Samantha primarily for trust fund disbursements. They keep a close eye on our account have always been most helpful in terms of looking into resolving any issues I may have had. Theyve been easy to reach via phone or email so unlike some other posted comments I have no complaints at all.

We just got out of an experience with using them for ABA therapy w my son. The insurance side needs a lot of work.. Little to no communication with the BCBA at times. Therapists sitting on their phones all the time. We had one really good therapist however she received little to no input from the BCBA. Everyone was on vacation and taking off days constantly. Just not worth it . We left after 6 months. I hope they improve their services.

What a great not for profit organization Staff members are superb

I was a former worker at lifeworc and I do not recommend working here they treat the staff horrible pay horrible and just not an organized business

Ive been employed with this agency for 4 yrs I can honestly say it depends on where you work. Whether you work at in Day Hab Residences or the main office you will see clicks just like every job but for the most part This is a great place to work. The parents I have interacted with have all been respectful and appreciative of the service we provide their children. This line of work can be stressful but fulfilling all at the same time.

They make it impossible to get your money back once its in the trust fund. You are at their mercy they decide whether or not to give you your money. The experience I had the lady told me shes doing whats best for Medicaids best interest not yours. So I wish I wouldve stayed away from this place. Find another organization if you want projects done on your house. Legit projects that u need done will not get done. They will tell you what your aloud to do with your money. Its a nightmare Honestly.

This organization is my place of work. If anyone has a love one this is the agency that WILL ALWAYS put your love ones first. Its very family oriented and with its GREAT residentals support teams.

Great health benefits and perks here. Student loan reimbursements and other financial perks. Ive been an employee for 9 years moved up from a part time DSP to full time DSP and then to a salaried office position within 3 years. I have been in my current position now for about 6 years and I still actually like my job. Majority of the people who work here truly strive to put the individuals first. Thats why Im still here after all these years.
