Had a horrible experience with the therapist after her being rude and dishonest with me and after waiting months to see a doctor for medication who was a nurse practitioner only to tell me that she couldnt change medication that someone else prescribed which was ridiculous and untrue. They are everything that is wrong with the mental health system today and they care more about money and their jobs than they do about their patients.I was forced to either go to a program against my will or told otherwise I had to transfer. If you go her youre gonna need to contact an attorney which is what Im doing. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Ive been with my therapist for years and she is so down to earth and easy to talk to. My care manager is always there when I need her and the ladies in reception are funny and nice

My experience has been good except the fact Im on my fourth therapist in about year. Each of my therapists have been great but they dont seem to stick around. Stinks having to keep starting over. If my current therapist sticks around for at least two years Id bump my review score up a star.Besides that one big gripe my experience has been great.

This place has always been helpful and resourceful for one of my children whos been getting counseling there for years. Even during the Pandemic there were Zoom meetings available to keep the doors open for much needed services. I noticed in one of the reviews preceding my own that someone referred to this location as ghetto. My reply to that is the only thing that could make it seem ghetto is the clientele that may occasionally show up acting very wretched and ghetto. The facility itself is very professional and not once over all these years have me or my child felt any discomfort in the lobby area while waiting talking to intake staff or outside as we entered or exited what has always been a very clean and well kept facility. Please keep in mind that this IS a behavioral health facility and its common to find some with behavioral or social disorders that will want to bad mouth places people and things as a result of their condition. Have a blessed day.

This place in my experience gives what you put in. I get quality care from this agency at this location. Walk in hours for intake I was assigned an excellent therapist. I am not forced to accept unwanted medical treatment which is PRIMARY.Other services are available from donated clothing in waiting room a phone at a desk with a chair for comfort AND confidentiality plus kid friendly waiting area. Housing prescription and more services are available. No shiny new building...but maybe some shiny new lives.

i was looking for a new psychiatrist for my daughter since her last practitioner left her practice and no longer accepted my daughters insurance. I dont need multiple services but they have a policy that require combining services and force us to use their therapist. My daughter has a great relationship with a therapist and i do not want to jeopardize years of therapy for a bad billing practice and a policy that does not benefit the patient but their bottom line. This is an example of way mental health services are failing the people they are intended to help. its a shame. I would never recommend them to anyone.

The most awful and rude front staff I have ever experienced. My therapist moved to Liberty and I followed with right away the front desk girls were rude to me about not being able to pay the copay it was always billed to me before and harassed me every time I went to pay my balance. My therapist recently had a baby and I was told to call at the end of September to see when she would be back. Called at the end of September to be rudely told she wasnt coming back and that they could not tell me where she was going. I finally got ahold of my therapist and was told she left me a note with the front staff explaining her situation and what was happening. Awful place awful staff. I was being catcalled while walking into my appointment once and they would remove the guy from the building. I do not ever recommend going here.

Their waiting room is full of mold. The carpets are so bad after it rains you could have an asthma attack. I saw multiple people coughing and had to cough myself. Even my daughters counselor was choking. I had to wait outside the building because I couldnt breathe. The bathroom had no toilet paper in the dispenser but had a single roll on top of it that would obviously be handled by other people and sprayed with fecal matter upon flushing. The front desk woman speaks so fast on voicemail you cant understand her. It is an unprofessional ghetto place. Unfortunately Strongs waitlist is too long.

Clients report they love their therapist and refer friends and neighbors. Self referrals and word of mouth are how people are finding the clinic and its growing steadily as a resultThe holidays msy be particulary challenging to get through. If you feel you need help they have walk in appointments. Highly recommend the staff and quality of their treatment

Been with them since they have opened Love my therapist front desk staff let me just be nice and say it is still a work in progress a few bumps along the way but having a good therapist is hard to find and I am Blessed for mine Most people are friendly but working in the mental health field I believe front desk staff could be a little more compassionate and not so short. Some are friendly but others arent Turn over with doctors and some therapists havent been so great either For the most part overall I give a 5 star
