Highly preferred as a donation spot over the likes of Goodwill based on mission alone but the donation hours are extremely limited. Make sure to double check hours

Staff are rude and not trying to do their jobs. Items for sale have been incomplete. No price means they will not sell it to you no matter how reasonable it might be. I wont be back.

Staff is NOT the friendliest there could be in Fremont. Also not sure WHOM is in charge for pricing but you would be better off shipping at Target or Walmart since this place is outrageously high......on donated items It seems as though there is a competition with Goodwill as to which can offer higher prices for patrons trying to find affordable items. Yeah not shopping here anymore.

This place used to be the go to every Saturday but now its crazy busy and there arent even sale days on Saturdays anymore. The place is totally taking advantage of people purchasing donated goods.Go to Vincents on decoto or eco thrift in Union CityHayward- at least the prices are fair at these places.

Update. Havent come here for a year and its still the same. Overpriced JUNK.Still a greedy company. The prices on stuff here are COMICAL This Hope and all Hopes for that matter have awful prices. Even if they were half off the prices are outrageous on hard goods. Someone is obviously seeing what they go for online and matching that price. You arent eBay or Amazon. Your return policy sucks. Stops charging so much for donated items. Gave this hope another shot after not coming for 6 months. Wont return again. Greedy.

My favorite thrift shop of all times Impossible to leave without a great new find. I scored so many awesome items here a bunch of silk tops vintage jeans brand new suede boots books wool sweaters throw blankets pet carriers and many more. My best find from this store so far is a brand new bread maker.

The old hope station on Fremont Blvd was better. Even being smaller it had better items. I feel that the items on this bigger place are overly priced and the vibe is dull.
