We are loving HHF so far My son was with a different ABA clinic before HHF and we did not have the best experience. Since starting with HHF in July we have been impressed by the open communication amazing staff and the commitment our BCBA and RBTs have to helping our son grow and thrive. He is excited each day to go to the clinic and is blossoming. We are thrilled to have found an ABA provider that we trust and know our son is safe well cared for and celebrated each day.

After relocating from out of state our 4 year old was struggling with the changes and need for services. After his first day at Helping Hands we already started to see him feel more comfortable and confident and he is now well on his way for more successes. Thank you

I am going out of my way by posting this here as a former BCBA and hope that this sort of public feedback helps administrators understand the issues across the company. I also hope it helps families make decisions regarding providers.1. Culture - the amount of cliques gossiping and over-privileged staff is out of control and makes it difficult to even want to come into the clinic to work with them. You enter one room and hear 3 different RBTs talking negatively about another coworker or even a client. RBT staff called children spoiled creepy and more. Some RBTs used a group chat to not only speak negatively about others and violate HIPAA but to also put everyone down. The clinical director gets no support from higher ups because staff will specially go above the CD to complain about situations and scenarios that were either created or over exaggerated BY THEM.2. Over Worked - BCBAs cant provide adequate supervision or support to clients or staff due to having a huge caseload with at least 2 different staff assigned to each child - sometimes up to 4 different staff assigned to 1 client. The clinical director had to play multiple roles just to keep things afloat so the BCBAs didnt have a lot of support. Our administrators used to make family-based decisions but now those same individuals above the CD make decisions without consulting the people who it affects the most.3. Family Involvement - despite ABA therapy being highly focused on family engagement families were not held accountable to any standards so generalization could not occur. Kids were being taken off waitlists just to have them off the waitlist leaving BCBAs to provide caregiver training while also having a full caseload. This concern was directly brought up to Fali and ignored. No feedback no follow up.4. Fellowship Program - no regulations no support or guidance. Theyre shaping their staff to be good HHF clinicians not BCBAs.

Our child was with HH for one year and we didnt see any improvement. On average we had at least 1 if not two call outs by the RBTs every single week and there was rarely anyone to fill in which is pretty high considering how they first presented themselves. Out of 3 RBTs only Sorelle was consistently positive motivated and interactive. The director Kevin Marchini has no business being in this industry He was unhelpful and very unempathetic. We feel that we were treated despicably by him and his attitude definitely trickled down to the staff including the BCBA Maria. We noticed a complete change once we brought up one issue that we felt needed to be addressed. Almost immediately weekly updates with the BCBA were halted without explanation and we went for almost 8 months without a single feedback about my childs progress despite asking for it. After we made that recommendation Kevin wrote a very harsh email which he retracted from the rest of his colleagues but I saw it saying that I was free to leave if I didnt like HH. All because I was being an advocate for my child. The message was very clear he runs this center his way only I emailed again asking for a progress report and he responded by giving me the option for a discharge report out of Helping Hands. He has no heart or emotional maturity to deal with special needs kids or families. Its easy for him to want my son out of his center because they know HH has cornered the market in our area. Please be careful with these people. I personally would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
