Our three year old son has had a history of various scrapes and scratches when he was in day treatment at Woodbury. We would normally attribute this to just being three. It bothers us very much as he goes to two other locations pre-school and daycare and rarely has this type of issue.A week ago my wife picked him up from daycare and took him directly over to Fraser. He was under her control the entire transit time and she did not see any cuts or scrapes on his face when she dropped him off. She had tended to his face during that time because he had a runny nose so she knew very well what waswasnt there. When she picked him up he had a scratch on his face from the lip down to his chin scratches on his nose and all of it was bleeding. My wife asked what had happened and the staff said that he had come like that. Our daycare takes photos throughout the day and I saw them. No scratch. My wife didnt put the scratch there so I can only assume that somewhere during day treatment my son was scratched and that the staff didnt want to report it.Another incident occurred where our son had surgery on his tear duct and received some stitches down into his nose. For an entire week he was fine in recovery. We felt comfortable to send him to daycare no issue. We sent him to Fraser and the stitches were dangling out of his eye. We had to take him to the emergency room and the tear duct procedure was rendered ineffective. My wife and I feel like there are issues at this Fraser with monitoring what happens with the kids. Because of the cover up of what happened we have pulled our son. Make sure that if you take your kids there that you watch out for excessive cuts and scrapes and always get an explanation.

My 3 year old started day treatment at Fraser Woodbury last summer. At first we liked it because my son was always so happy when it was time to go there. After a couple weeks he started coming home at times with cuts on his lips or scratches on his face. I didnt think any thing of it because hes a toddler and he could have gotten it from running around. I figured that if it was serious the staff would say something.I began to question this because it kept happening and the staff wouldnt say any thing about it. I started asking the staff every time I noticed any type of injury when I picked him up. They would sometimes have incident reports but there were others where they did not know how he got the injury. Getting the I dont know answer bothered me so much. My son went to day care school and Fraser. He never came home with injuries from either day care or school only from Fraser. On January 19th I picked up my son as usual from day care and instead of taking him home and feeding him lunch like I normally do I took him straight to Fraser because the day care said he ate pretty well. We got to Fraser 20-25 min early and we were first in line for the drop off. He had a runny nose and his face was a little dirty along with his clothes. I took him out of his chair and brought him to the front and laid him on my lap to change him. I cleaned his face with wet wipes and gave him kisses. When staff came out to take him he was still on my lap. I was 100 sure he had no scratches or cuts on his face when I dropped him off.I came back to pick him up at 4pm and I saw a different staff member bringing him to me. I picked him up and while I was putting him in his chair I saw that his nose and mouth were bloody. He had a scratch that started from his lips down his chin and about 3 scratches on his nose. I was so shocked I waved my hand to the staff so I could talk to them. One of the staff came over and I asked her what happened to my son. She said she would get his room staff for me. The staff lead came out and she told me Our staff told me that he came in like this. I felt like she punched me in my stomach to be honest. I was so confused and I couldnt understand what she was saying. If it would have been a different day I would maybe doubt myself telling myself that maybe I just hadnt noticed. However that day he had pictures taken at day care immediately before I picked him up. I had cleaned his face myself and I was giving him kisses all over his face. He had been playing and sitting on my lap the whole timeI couldnt believe they told me that I had sent my kid to them with a bloody mouth and nose. I am the kind of mom that notices small dots on my kids especially my 3 year old because I know he cant advocate for himself. I dont know if it is because I do not look or talk like them that they think they can just choose what to tell me or withhold information but it made me feel that way.I talked to the supervisor and the program director but of course they stuck to what the staff told them. I cannot trust the staff now A. because they lied to me about how he got the scratches B. they have told me they dont know how he got injured in previous incidents. It sounded like they really have no idea what my son got in to while he was there. For instance my son had a tear duct surgery . After a week of recovery he went back there to Fraser. His stitches were pulled on accident that very first day back. They did not know how he pulled out his stitches from his eye. When I went to pick him up his stitches were hanging down his cheek. They claimed they just noticed it like that right before the class ended. He had been at day care for 5 hours before that and he did not even touch his eye. I had to take him to the emergency room for it to be removed completely. Because of that his procedure did not work and his eye is still teary.I would not recommend Fraser to anyone but If you have to take your kiddos there please take pictures before and after making sure that you are very involved.

Horrible. Never took any time to diagnose the real issues. Misdiagnosed my grandson and now we had to start all over someplace else. Very sad. Do not recommend this place.
