Ive had nothing but positive experiences at this location The receptionists have been amazing at helping me get desired appointment locations and all of my childs therapists have been fantastic.

the worst place ever for any child. They have discontinued my son from the day program although he was accepting of routines and changes. This place is not for all children. Please stay away or look for other places.

PT here are amazing caring and provide individualized care. To get started with services will take awhile even after waiting for the initial assessment so please be prepared for delayed assistance. There is simply not enough behavioral services available and demand is high. People from out of state Wisconsin have to drive here because there are NO services locally or no quality services available for hundreds of miles. Over a years wait for Autism assessment they dont do waiting lists- you have to call every day. Other options for families include Open Door Hennepin County Washburn Center for Children not a good fit for our family however and Childrens Hospital.

Friendly and professional staff however I just didnt feel like the play therapy was effective for my child. Some of the therapists suggestions were also patronizing as if I hadnt tried everything I could find online and in books already andor that my childs condition was a result of inadequate parenting. If you live in District 196 consider requesting services through the school district instead. We had much better results with in-home OT from ISD 196.

Why is zero not an optionNeglect disrespect from staff and directors. This place is not even accountable to DHS So DHS said we would need to file individually police reports against the staff involved.

The two women at the front desk need a lesson on customer service and how to be compassionate both caucasian one older one younger. Remember they are who your clients and investors interact with first. They need to do better
