About Faces ABA Behavioral Services

We are accepting new clients for morning and mid-afternoon 1:1 ABA sessions!

Welcome to Faces ABA Behavioral Services! We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism and their families through compassionate, evidence-based behavioral support. We help your child achieve age-appropriate goals, develop and strengthen skills, and grow in confidence and independence.

Our clinic in San Jose provides services for children between 18 months and 13 years old, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. Occasionally, we offer 1:1 support in homes and within the community (such as daycare and after-school programs). Please contact us to learn about availability at home or in the community.

Faces ABA Behavioral Services (Faces) was founded in 1995 and acquired by the Pacific Autism Center for Education in 2011. Our clinic utilizes applied behavior analysis (ABA), an evidence-based methodology that uses the principles of learning and motivation to encourage positive change. ABA helps children learn by breaking big tasks into small, manageable steps, making progress feel natural and achievable. We proudly support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and those needing additional support with behavior management, social skills, and communication.

Our services include 1:1 intensive early intervention, elementary-aged intervention, support of school and caregiver collaboration, and social development. ABA teaching methods are used to promote independence in all significant areas, including:

  • Communication and language
  • Behavior management
  • School readiness
  • Self-care and independence
  • Peer socialization
  • Play skills

Beaming Review

This is no exaggeration—FACES ABA has transformed our lives, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Before joining FACES, our child struggled with severe behavioral challenges that deeply affected our entire family. However, the compassionate team of experts at FACES worked closely with us to create a personalized plan addressing his communication and behavioral needs. FACES impact reaches beyond our son—they have supported our whole family. As parents, we received invaluable tools to help us navigate the challenges our son may face at home and in the community. Watching his communication skills blossom has been nothing short of miraculous. The progress he’s made since starting at FACES is beyond what we ever imagined. While we still have a journey ahead, we now feel more confident and prepared for whatever challenges the future may bring.
