Elite DNA Behavioral Health - Jacksonville

My provider that I had been seeing monthly for medication management canceled our scheduled session for the 4th month seeing her due to an emergency. When I tried to reschedule the appointment I couldnt get another one until a month later. I asked if my provider could send in my rx for the month a medication I rely on to function properly and I rely on my provider to provide-- the RX was sent to the wrong pharmacy- a pharmacy that doesnt have the medication and a different pharmacy than it had been sent to in the 3 months I had been consistently getting it- so a mistake on their end. When I asked for it to be sent to the correct pharmacy I was told that due to a contract I signed upon intake they were not going to be able to send it to the correct pharmacy. They made a mistake and they arent able to fix it- and that leaves the patient in a predicament. This place does not care about mental health and if you want therapy or medication management I do not recommend. It is ironic how a place that claims to help people does quite the opposite. I have been out of a medicine I rely on for a week now and they arent professional about communication hard to contact and when I do get a response it is just them telling me they cant fix the mistake they made and too bad....it cant be legal for a place to operate like this in a mental health capacity. I am astounded they are in business

Ive always had positive energy With Elite DNA Health Jacksonville. And the Staff Is pleasant with me. And Nice. And I like going To a Therapist Because I Need To Talk To Someone About My Issues When I cant talk to anyone about them.

Elite DNA is wonderful..MS lacey and MS.Angelica are great at what they do..I cant find the exact words to describe how grateful I am. To the them both for their understanding guidance and commitment to my issues..I only wish I knew about Elite DNA sooner.better late than neverThank you

I have been working with Angela McNeff. She is such a considerate and empathetic therapist. She has such great advice and input that has helped me tremendously. I have other therapists in the past who cannot compare. I would highly recommend her Also Elite DNA hs been very easy to work with

I highly recommend Elite. I tell everyone this is where they need to go. Not only can they do your medicine management they also provide therapy. They accept many insurance plans and have a lot of different providers. You can do in person or virtual and they see adults and children. They really make it easy and comfortable to get the help you need.

Im really glad I stumbled on this Elite DNA. The counselor that was assigned to me Megan is caring and just so easy to talk to. In the past I actually dreaded counseling at times but these people I actually enjoy talking to.

I have been receiving therapy from Elite DNA for approximately 7 months now. My provider is Angela McNeff. She has been my absolute saving grace. I never thought I would need therapy but after taking a chance on it. It changed my life for the absolute best. Angela has is informative empathetic and positive. She relates on levels I never thought were possible. She pushes me to be better and ultimately makes me want to be better. Im not sure I couldve done this past 7 months in life without her and her advice aiding me to overcome my fears and achieve my goals

I started therapy appointments in the Gainesville office around a year ago. I had many sessions with an excellent therapist. However... I have had serious issues with the billing department and some of the office staff. I was using Sunshine Health Medicaid insurance which they accept. Everything was fine until around July 2023 when I suddenly received a bill for 10 sessions totalling 1000. When I called them they informed me my insurance had changed and was not active for these services any longer so I was now self pay. I understand its not their fault that Medicaid had not informed me of this. But WHY would you not tell me before TEN SESSIONS that I was moved to self pay I could have stopped until I was reinsured or had the money I spoke with Denise in billing and explained I could not afford to pay the bill. She said she would talk to her supervisor David and call me back. When I didnt hear anything for a couple of weeks I called the office again and they said Denise would call. She did call me back and told me they would take the 1000 charge off of my account but for future sessions I would be self pay. I was very grateful. Here I am almost 2 months later and I am still receiving the same bill. I have reached out several times and have not heard back from Denise. A woman in the Gainesville office has tried to help but apparently had no luck. Today I spoke with the billing department and they have NO notes saying I would have the bill removed. They could not put me through to anyone else who has any authority over the account and didnt seem to be one ounce concerned. They insist Denise will call me if I have an appointment set with her but how can I believe that now It would be one thing if they never promised to clear the debt but I dont like being lied to and the communication through this entire process has been horrendous

I have been with EliteDNA for a little over a year and I have been treated with the upmost respect and compassion from everyone at this facility.Miss Shakhia Grant is amazing she doesnt just throw pills at me and call it a day... She actually listens to my issues and does her greatest to keep me balanced and get me off of the plethora of medications that previous doctors have thrust upon me. Her knowledge of what I TRULY need is amazing. Miss Erin Rollins is the most compassionate therapist not only does she talk things out with me professionally shes also quirky and makes me feel very comfortable speaking with her. Almost like talking to an old friend... She ends every session by saying I see you and I accept you and that hits my heartstrings every single time.Thank you EliteDNA for everything you do to keep your patients happy. I would be in pretty bad shape right now without you all. God bless.

Dr. Aurora is a very compassionate hardworking Doctor. I have been under his care for a long time now and he has helped guide me to make more positive choices . The staff is very professional and work with you. Thanks Elite DNA
