Dr. Latavia is amazing however her desk staff is irresponsible. Ive provided them several different card numbers for payment because they claim my card kept getting declined and provided them direction several times to just charge the card on file. Ive missed two appointments now because of the inability of the staff to follow directions as they refuse to start an appointment without collecting payment. Ive never had an outstanding balance have insurance to pay the majority of the visit and have always made prompt payments and they still held my appointment hostage from me. Unfortunately today was a day where this issue prevented me from meeting with my doctor during a time when Ive been struggling with my mental health more than ever. I advised that if I cant pay through the portal Im taking my business elsewhere because the office staff makes me extremely uncomfortable and lied to me about policy changes to which they replied sorry I just follow directions HA. Im taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

This office is full of individuals that listen care have experience with child veterans and civilians. They are not prescription happy pill jockeys. But rather careful administrators of prescription therapy. I greatly recommend them as a veteran myself.

Collin is absolutely phenomenal He always goes above and beyond to make sure all of our concerns are addressed. He always takes the time to listen and explain things in a way for us to understand. We always leave there feeling so confident in the care that our child is receiving. I cannot say enough good things about him.

The environment is clean.The workers are very pleasant and professional. MY SON AND I LOVE MS. JONES. She is very professional and she really cares. SHE ROCKS

There is a three month wait list for an in-person appt. When there is a cancelation they call you but its usually only two to three days notice. Most people that work cant rearrange their schedule with such short notice. I emailed through the portal asking if I can just schedule an concrete appointment no matter how far out and no response.In response to the owners reply below...your scheduling department and availability are ridiculous You should be ashamed

Ive been seeing Dr. McGrath for over 2 years now and I can confidently say he is an amazing psychiatrist. His empathy and professionalism makes every session comfortable. Dr. McGrath has been the only doctor who understands my concerns he takes the time to truly listen to you and never judges you. I really appreciate his dedication to understanding my needs and tailoring my treatment accordingly.

2 weeks ago I had a message left on my voice mail that my appt was canceled for Feb. 5th I need to call to reschedule I have called I have left 3 voice mails with absolutley NO RESPONDS This is ridiculous to try to contact someone anyone today. Doctors never return calls offices never returned calls. You must push several different buttons to try to get somewhere then you leave a message and no one calls you back. Our system is so broken And Im not talking just this place Im talking everywhere. Someone please call me to reschedule my appointment.i have had this same thing happen at another Drs office once I posted a review I recieved 3 phone calls within a day This seems to be where everyones attention is going Social Media.......WOW

My insurance denied a claim they made after I wasnt even seen. I stopped seeing them for several reasons including lack of response sometimes weeks after calling daily and sending messages every few days through the patient portal fraudulent insurance activity carelessness for critical medication and overall lack of care. My provider is great but its a shame that she has to work somewhere with such little care for patients and the well being of their community.

If there was a zero I would have used it shame on the corporation for charging Medicare for an intake that could of been done online on a form to answer questions or on the phone instead someone took me into a room and sat behind a computer asking questions from their standard form and then had the gall to charge over 300 for that didnt see a professional nor did I get a evaluation from a professional licensed person they have you come in for what they call an intake the charge was in a fraudulent way and I am having it investigated and had another horrible experience but to much to write down. I would advise staying away from this establishment

All the staff has been great in my experience and especially Dylan DeMars who is not only the best psychiatrist Ive had but the best medical professional of any field Ive visited hands down. Ive had to visit multiple doctors for various reasons due to my thyroid disease and hes by far the best. He would ask questions and try to actually solve your problems instead of just trying to get you out of the office and on to the next patient as quick as possible. Highly recommend EDNA
