Elite DNA Behavioral Health - Cape Coral

Honestly I do not normally leave reviews but I did not have a super great experience at Elite DNA. I waited a month for an appointment and the appointment consisted of me being asked a few questions and them telling me it was a minimum two months to see a therapist. I understand a waiting list and I was very patient with them but I felt as though I waited all that time to meet with someone just for them to tell me that I had to wait even longer.The worst part was that I was not informed of any sort of bill for this consult. It was 30 for the consult that I felt could have been done over the phone. I did not pay the bill up front because I am relatively young and in school. I would get spam called multiple times a day over the 30. I am being generous with 3 stars and I am not here to trash this establishment however I felt like I didnt even start any treatment yet and my experience was not great.

The person I originally worked with whom I liked left abruptly and there was no communication from the company for many months. When someone finally did call me after multiple messages unreturned it was quickly evident that they had no idea how to pick up the ball and move forward. It was only after I canceled the service and they could not continue to bill me that they started being pro-active.It was too little too late. I am no longer working with them.

I am so Blessed to have met such a wonderful and caring person as NicolasSaintamaria. I always look forward to our meetings. He is the only person who has kept me on track. Im slowly becoming more confident about myself and its been hard. I finally feel like Im making progress in my life. I really want to thank him for helping me like he does.

Dr Juan Rodriguez is patient kind and helps manage my medication that my family doctor wont prescribe. Overall the experiences I have hadwith Dr Rodriguez and his staff have been excellent. Highly recommend.

Just trying to schedule an appointment has been an ordeal. On hold for 30minutes and more leave a call back number and get no call back. Finally get a human on the phone and they were completely unhelpful and unpleasant we will try another practice that actually cares about the patient.

I tried to call for 2 days to reschedule my appointment and was on hold for 20 minutes at a time. I work I couldnt stay in the phone that long. I finally got through and the very rude lady told me it wasnt 24 hours in advance and I would have to pay. If your staff cant answer the phone hire more staff or more competent staff. Very disappointing. Our provider is amazing but my son and I will go elsewhere because your staff is rude and they have no customer service skills.

Noel was extremely helpful with the intake meeting. She was extremely thorough but didnt press any questions and left room for you to dictate how you want to answer. She was so so helpful and Im looking forward to my next appointment

The front office is TERRIBLE and the NEW Dr I was pushed to is just as badIt took a month and a half to even get my results discussed over LAB WORK. I called for weeks and they said they never received them yet.I had to hand deliver my own results because I called over a two weeks period and they were saying they didnt receive them Ill send another message over to the dr.Once I pick up and deliver my lab results. The girl at the front desk goes oh we already have them.For over three weeks no one could tell me what the next step was.. I did my part on a EKG and Blood work but yet I heard nothing for about a month and then to get a girl named Tia to return a call was another 2 week process.And just to top it all off after my appointment today the doctor knew what medication I needed from our last appointment.. the doctors says I dont prescribe that medicineWHAT I get pushed off to this new doctor that ask me to jump MORE HOOPS I have wait a month a half to hear I wont do that.For medication Ive been on for years and have no issues with but they want to treat you like a LAB RAT and make you try these other medications. Im sure they get incentives withIm over this office. They just waste peoples time and collect their checks

Im not sure where to begin. At first I loved it and was happy. Now after my therapist left told me it would be months to get seen by a new person but they could not schedule that far out. So I would just have to check back in. Had some issue with my insurance and everything went down hill from there. I had to move from monthly to further out appointments to get my medication . They mark us as no shows when you sit on zoom for over a hour with screenshots or sit on the phone with IT who states they will contact your provider.... that does nothing. The front desk is a nightmare with calling in. And the main management who gave us her name and number to contact can not be bothered to answer thhe phone or return a call. .. but let me tell you you sit on your appointment for over a hour and your person doesnt show up to get your refills they would rather you lapse on your medication than do anything but it and bounce you around from person to person... this company only cares about the money they make not the people... please if you are looking through reviews to choose a place do NOT chose here. Please its not worth it.

I have been with Elite DNA for a few years and they have always been wonderful with me. When I had an issue with my insurance they were helpful and understanding. Everytime I go in for a visit the nursing staff is so friendly and put you at ease. Then of course when I have my check up with Dr. Meg Barrow it is so comfortable and enjoyable to talk to her. I have always been able to ask her questions and talk to her about anything I need. You can just feel how much she cares. Everyone there has made it so much easier to navigate and work on my mental health needs. I highly highly recommend Elite DNA.
