Called Florida Massage Therapy Association yesterday. Inquire about my massage license application. The answering service personnel in each link are very timely. The service ladies also help with special language services. Let me realize that the Florida Massage Therapy Association is very comprehensive in solving all aspects of problems. I was staying at Crown plaza Universal area in Orlando.The hotel room first glance was fine but then I discovered phone didnt work sink clogged and I had many bugs bits on my legs around 21 bitsIts very itchy red and very painful.The mechanic tried to fix phone line but with no result.Had to wait tell director manager Phil showed up. Not a helpful person.Yeshe cancelled the room charge and leave very bad experience in Florida for me

WHAT A JOKE FL MMUR- phone lines down for 3 weeks. Finally called the STATE and they couldnt even get through. next day the lines are back up and working Waiting over a month for a status update and all they can tell me is... we dont know yet and have no way to let you know anything..........

After waiting on hold and calling multiple times to check licensure that I paid for and applied for with no status past the four week mark the useless person on the phone had to transfer me to another department. So guess what she did. She sent me back to the Home Screen prompts that you get when you dial the number. Every time I call its the worst service Ive ever received. Payments should only be processed for a completed job. Thank you for wasting my time and money and tax money. If you can process my payment the same day I apply I expect you to get it in gear and get the job done. 90 of the rest of the world has to wait 2 weeks for every paycheck. If I have to wait 4 weeks for licensure and no good answer then you should wait 4 weeks for my payment.

Florida DOH changed the way they report COVID deaths from the date its recorded to the actual date of death. This often happens weeks after the death. It makes it seem like deaths are going down when they arent. Plus they didnt make it clear they were changing it. Demand better from an organization that is there to protect citizens not scam them.

I am truly disgusted with the lack of customer service I have received from Sherry Pryor of the dental hygiene department. If I could leave no stars I would because she has done absolutely nothing. I have been trying to get a hold of her since March. I have made numerous calls and have left voicemails and she has not returned any of them. This past Friday I made two calls and refused to leave another voicemail so on the second attempt I chose the option to speak to another representative outside of the hygiene department. The gentleman who answered was very helpful I told him the issue I have been having getting a hold of Sherry Pryor and he was kind enough to walk over and speak to her directly. When he got back on the line he informed me that he will be transferring my call and Sherry would be sitting in front of the phone to answer it. Finally after 3 months I was able to speak with Sherry. She informed me that she had all of my information she needed to issue me a license number. She said it will be posted in a couple of hours and that I would receive the hard copy in 3-5 business days. It is now Monday and still no license number. I cannot apply for work and have them take me seriously without a license number nor can I work without it. I have a family I need to support and it is mind blowing at the lack of good work ethic this woman has. I honestly do not know what she is getting paid to do.

The Office of Compassionate Use is inadequate and unprofessional . Apparently nobody is overseeing this office . After waiting on hold for over an hour spoke to a rep and she advised that they have everything but I still have to wait an additional 2 weeks . Ive already waited 6 weeks and my payment to the Dept of Health was processed 2 days ago though it was received on 817 When I asked for this reps name she said Joanne I asked for her last name and she said it is just Joanne . When I asked for a supervisor she hung up. Tried to call the dept of health and guess what No answer there either. Theres nobody to assist or protect the patients they supposedly serve.
