This office is a complete joke Management needs to step up and make changes in the way they are running this place It has been over 2 months of leaving voicemail after voicemail and transfer after transfer with no call back or resolution. Is saddens me that all these parents in these comments have to go through all this disgraceful service just to get care and help for our kids You guys need to do better Sincerely The Parents

Been calling for weeks and no response even emailed and text still no response. But yet I have a deadline to turn in the paperwork and cant even get up with anyone for questions and concerns. Very unprofessional and concerning especially when it involves peoples children.

If you need help paying for child care please contact CCRC. You may be surprised that you qualify. The maximum income was increased last year. CCRC is currently enrolling. Apply online or go to their office for assistance.

Ive been trying to get child care since April 2022 I qualify for a program because I use to have welfare. Im currently working and its hard finding childcare. Ive filed complaints everyone seems to not care about our childrens care .

If I can do no stars I would. Im soooo upset they wont even call me back. I did the Application online like 3 or 4 months ago and I get no calls and I leave multiple messages on their machine. Im still calling tell this day and I cant even walk in because their lobby is closed still Like what are we supposed to do When no one answers Sooooo unprofessional. This is supposed to help hard working moms and dads who unfortunately cant afford sitter by themselves they are not doing their job at all.

PALMDALE CAPalmdale location is very unprofessional at returning clientspotential clients phone calls. I myself work in a office setting and know that when you have voice mails to attend to its definitely supposed to be attended to in a timely matter. I have left over 6 voice mails and have not yet to receive one phone call back. My voice mails have been left within a 2-3 month time frame. All I need is to have an employee update my application over the phone because the online application will not allow me to.

wonderful place to help out with the kids but the workers there play too many games with the hours and always sending you paperwork that you never received and never pay your babysitters properly which make you eventually use your job they really need retraining and they really need some customer service on how to talk to people and how to deal with situations theyre very rude and the workers dont seem to really want to do their jobs and they seem to want to argue with you and always tell you no matter what you do theyre going to be right thats not good customer service skills and they really need some training and they know you need a new fresh staff in here so that the same people dont keep working with the same people or nothing get accomplished they need a new boss from the headquarters that come down and watch over them

Ive been coming here for years and its been awhile since Ive been in but I noticed a big change and not for the better.i tried to wash a load in hot water and got straight cold water in my first machine and again I tried hot water in the second machine I was using and I got luck warm and thats putting it nicely.

More bad than good. Ladies behind the desk are short tempered snobby as soon as they find out your a provider the red carpet is rolled out I feel sorry for their clients. Very few workers are actually courteous customer service needs an overhaul.
