I have been enjoying my time and experience at Behavior Frontiers. The company provides excellent trainings for various levels to help the team succeed. The Supervisors Case Managers Clinical Directors and Schedulers have been helpful and are incredibly supportive every step of the way. As a Behavior Technician the feedback from Supervisors and from the Team has helped me prepare and provide better ways to work with my clients one-on-one. Asking questions has helped me grow in the experience and to help my clients improve with their progress. If you have the desire to work with children then you will have a great experience working alongside a team families and making a difference

I have worked as a BT for this company for more than 5 years. I can not stress enough how wonderful those 5 years has been. From the clinical director to my fellow BTs everybody in the company has been very supportive. The case managers Ive worked with have all made sure they are easily reached for any questions concerns and for any sort of guidance. I have never felt neglected as a BT during my time here. Moreover the company has been really understanding in terms of emergency situations and is very flexible in terms of the hours. Without a doubt the mentorship I have received while working for this company enabled me to grow a person and all the things I have learned here will certainly be applied to the next stages of my career. If its still not clear by now I highly recommend this company to anybody wanting to make a positive impact to countless families and kids.

Behavior Frontiers is absolutely the best I have worked for this company for a year and a half and all my experiences have been amazing Behavior Frontiers is the type of company who cares greatly for both its clients and staff. I greatly appreciated that the company trains all their staff adequately by classroom and field training. Adjusting to this company was super easy with the help of our training coordinator along with our scheduler Melissa Morales. I am constantly learning from the staff including clinical directors supervisors case managers and senior BTs who are always available to us whenever we need advice on clients resources etc. They are super knowledgable in what they do and only want whats best for the clients All the clients I have met have been exceptionally hospitable especially during this pandemic and the supervisors did an amazing job adjusting during this time too as well. Everyone at the company helps each other out giving great advice without any judgement whatsoever. Our senior clinical director Joy Wong has made me feel welcome from day one and her along with Elizabeth Gudiel have so much knowledge and resources if anyone has any questions Ive worked closely with Sharon Lam Jennifer Luu and Katrina Nhan who all guided me throughout my learning experience I cant express my gratitude enough for this company

Ive been working at Behavior Frontiers for 2.5 years and I absolutely enjoyed it. Ive learned so much about Applied Behavioral Analysis and working with children on the autism spectrum. As a behavior technician it is so easy to reach out to your liaison to ask any questions you have about your clientsession or to ask for supplies when data sheets are running low. Your liaison will also frequently come to supervise your sessions and to answer questions in person as well as provide guidance on how to more effectively run certain programs. I highly recommend working at Behavior Frontiers

Genuinely loved working for this company I really appreciated working with my supervisors closely as they really helped me grow as an educator and always made me feel comfortable when discussing ideas with them.
