ABA services for my child have been extremely professional and effective. Everyone Ive been in contact with including the clinical director case manager behavioral therapists schedulers etc. have been very helpful and communicative. Questions I ask are usually answered immediately if not in person then by text or email so I am always informed about my childs progress.We have daily sessions with our therapists and the case manager checks in weekly either virtually or in person. Goals for our child are set clearly and are reviewed with us monthly. There are some cancellations on both sides but we work with the scheduler who does a good job setting up makeup sessions. Everyone seems like they truly care about my child and they work really hard as a team to achieve goals for her development.After starting therapy my 2.5 year old daughter who is on the spectrum seems like a completely different child now. She was nonverbal when we first started and is now communicating very well and interacting with our family and other children much better.Overall I am very satisfied with the treatment my child has been given and highly recommend BF.

Ive worked with Behavior Frontiers for almost 2 years and I am currently a Senior Behavior Tech with them. The company is a great place to start for those interested in Child Development Child Psychology. A lot of training took place in the field before starting to ease the nerves. All the case managers BCBAs and directors here are very approachable and supportive. I learned and grew so much during my time working with the kiddos and families. It is challenging at first especially when youre new to the field however its gonna be extremely rewarding. Shout out to the team at OCW region Im so proud to be a part of this team.

Best ABA company by far. We feel truly blessed to have been guided to this company. Weve had a previous ABA company before that was not a good experience for our family. And once BF came in the picture its changed our whole outlook on ABA for the better. My daughter has been with behavior frontier for 5 years and our experience with them have been amazing. Behavior frontiers have been there to support us in anything we needed with school and home support. I am grateful for the ladies Shandori H. Mindy C. As a current Behavior Technician at Behavior Frontiers I personally love my job. It is so rewarding being able to see the progress from each and every kiddo throughout their individual journey. With the help from my mangers scheduling and directors everyone makes working here an enjoyable experience.

Been using them even prior to my 2 yr olds diagnosis. We are seeing massive improvement in her speech and overall cognitive levelAlso really great staff overall. Our BCBA Savannah Reid BTs Rubie Erica Annie Jonna Sheila- all wonderful to work with. My kid loves therapy so its really working really well.They have tried very hard to accommodate and get all of my daughters recommended hours in. Lets not forget the scheduler Lorena She is wonderful as well.Pretty much from BT to supervisor scheduler and even their billing people- Ive had zero issues. So I am highly recommending this company. We wish we didnt have a child diagnosed with autism as Im sure no one does. But if you need services this company is does a great job

I worked with Behavior Frontiers as a Behavior Technician for 6 months in South Orange County. The team was dedicated and great to work with. They really know their stuff here and it was a privilege to be a part of the team. Management was always willing to help if I needed any questions answered when dealing with different clients and I never felt like I was doing everything on my own on the job. They gave me a great balance of freedom and support but I will say not everybody is cut out for this type of work. It takes patience and perseverance and a genuine interest in the field to excel. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in ABA practices or working with kids on the autism spectrum.

I cant say enough good things about the team that Behavior Frontiers has provided for my two boys. My older son 4 yrs. old started at around 18 months with his team and my little one has been with them for a little less than a year now. The therapists and all team members we have worked with have been so friendly knowledgeable and great with my little guys. The progress that they have made is huge I would absolutely recommend this company and my sons amazing team members to anyone looking for help with their kiddos.

Behavior Frontiers is amazing. I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and knowledgeable. My son has been receiving about 18-20 hours of therapy and the immense progress he has been making is just unbelievable. In the past year his eye contact response to his name and social skills have improved exceedingly. We are so happy and grateful to have found such experienced kind and compassionate behavior therapists. I couldnt thank Yvonne and Tamara enough for all their hard work dedication and patience with our son. My husband and I are so impressed with how much progress our son has made because of them. I also love that they listen to our concerns and goals we have for our son. It also makes me so happy that our son enjoys his therapy sessions as he is learning and achieving his goals. From the very beginning I was so impressed with the clinical director Shandori and case manager Elizabeth. They were so knowledgeable friendly and the whole process was so easy. It made my husband and I feel so comfortable and happy to know our son is in great hands. They have been working as a team and are so involved with our sons progress. We have learned so much from them. They are always sharing great insight and strategies to help us and our son. Im also so thankful for how much they include my other son during therapy sessions as well.

I learned a lot about autism and ABA therapy working at Behavior Frontiers. They provide high quality training upon starting with the company so that technicians are prepared to work one-on-one with clients. The training really boosted my confidence working with the children- I learned so much Everyone at the company is very kind and knowledgable. I always felt comfortable asking my case managers questions. Their input really helped me grow as a behavior technician. Everyone I worked with was dedicated to helping clients improve.
