Behavior Frontiers Autism Center - Bakersfield

My daughter started ABA therapy with Behavior Frontiers 4 years ago and I have noticed a lot of improvements in her behavior since then.Shes had many behavior technicians over the years and every single one has been very patient and very helpful in helping her progress each session. One of the many improvements that I am thankful for is her speech.My daughter started out just pointing in a general direction assuming wed know what she wants and would constantly have meltdowns when we couldnt guess. Over time she learned through ABA to use her words to ask us. I was really amazed and very happy the first time I heard her ask for a toy or snack. Sessions can sometimes be hard for her and her technicians and theyre very accommodating when she doesnt feel like working that day or is having a difficult time.Overall Im very happy with Behavior Frontiers and the service they provide.

Great ABA therapy My son was 5 years old and was non verbal until Behavior Frontier started working with him. My son is now 9 years old and is talking and thriving

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME They are very UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE so glad I kicked them out of my home .

Hi I have a 4-year-old son. who was diagnosed with autism at almost 2 year old. Nonverbal he just stop doing everything. It was heartbreaking. We started ABA Behavior Frontiers almost 2 years now. It has been so amazing for my son. All his teachers has had positive attitudes with him. He gets one on one time with them. Going over programs that are made just to help him and what he needs at that time. At first the teacher were coming to my house where he was comfortable and helping him. Now he goes to the center to meet his teacher. He love it. He play with toys now there. He does art work now. He around kids. He doesnt play with kids yet. But he join next to them .He doing more with his hands and feet. He feed himself with silverware and he almost has riding a bike down. Best part he has started talking again. He repeating words slowly back now. Just yesterday he said his name back to me. All of this might sound small. But is a huge step forward in getting to communicate with my son again. Which he also gets a supervisor there. Which she amazing with best personality as well. Who not only help pick out what programs he needs the teachers to teach him. But she has one-on-one meetings with me to help me go over what I need to help him and how much he learns and growing. ABA a win for my family and my son.

This isnt the best company for kids or to work. They truly only care about getting paid they will change your schedule without speaking to you and tell you to do your as a parent to check mpm same as for an employee. My daughter was a client for them for years before i got hired with them. They terminated me due to conflict client parent relationship completely understandable. Then turned around a week later and terminated my daughter. They do not follow up with you they do not follow up with the schools. Neela is horrible at communicating. Everyones experience is different but my daughter will not be returning here. Her behaviors have worsened since she has been with this company

Worked for this company for a couple years. I received extensive training and support from case managers and BCBA supervisors. Supervisors are available and easy to talk to. The company goes above and beyond to fulfill the needs of the families we work with. You can tell that staff are passionate about their positions. Overall it has expanded my knowledge and equipped me with skills I can use professionally and interpersonally.

Working here for over a year has provided me with exceptional skills that I use in my personal life. My supervisors have been nothing short of respectful and kind to myself and my co-workers. I am happy to be apart of this company.

Great company that truly cares for their clients. From working with this company for a little over a year they have fantastic staff and leadership. I am thankful to be apart of this company and provide services to clients.
