My daughter 3.5 yo has been attending the center since June I have seen huge improvements in the past few months. We were on waitlists for other ABA facilities and were able to get our daughter in right away. In the beginning we had issues with BT being late that problem has since been resolved. It is a new facility so I knew there were kinks they had to work out in the beginning. Our daughter loves attending her sessions Destiny one of our daughters BT has been with her since day 1 she works so well with her. The clinical director is very helpful and really seems to care for the clients. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. They have an online platform that updates regularly so I can see in real time my daughters progress. Our daughter was once afraid of socializing with other children and adults she is now finding ways to connect. She was non verbal and after trying different methods of communication she is finding her voice and using different methods to communicate.

Very disappointed in this facility. They talk a good game in the beginning. They make you feel comfortable and excited about your childs future. When you take your child there they dont know what theyre doing. The drop off process takes 10 minutes because they have inexperienced staff that doesnt know how to work the iPads. The director will tell the staff that she doesnt know and they need to call IT all while youre waiting with your child. They do not allow you to bring your child any food made on any factory that also processed nuts. So if you have a picky eater this is a huge red flag as your child will likely be hungry all day. They will cancel session on you as you arrive because of the BTs showing up sick. BT also shows up late so be prepared to get a text saying you need to bring your child in later than the scheduled time. My son got a cut swollen lip just days after being there because they do not follow the 3ft rule most other companies do. The staff jokes about leaving your child in the room by themselves. The facility is built nicely and they are good to get you in. However once you see how disorganized they are its a huge turn off. All scheduling is done through the CA office so be prepared to wait on hold for 20 minutes just to get someone on the phone. This is very much a pop up ABA center that does not know what theyre doing. After 6 days i pulled my son and would never recommend this place to family or friends.
