This place is a joke. They go after college students offering part-time work through college student web portals. The students are poorly paid and poorly trained and theres no actual screening of the families participating in the program for the safety and protection of the college students. They dont specifically look for college students specializing in child development studies and this is where their lack of training staff is severely deficient.Supervisors dont step in to help the college students when there are young children with significant issues beyond ADDADHD Autism where the child and family actually need real structured therapy--no matter how many times the student employees report a problem beyond their ability to handle. Its a revolving door of staff and HR does absolutely nothing when the student employees complain that they arent getting help. When a situation is more than the college student with a simple certificate can handle supervisors frequently dont show up to witness the complicated child behavior when they say they will be there.Student employees regularly show up for work and are told once they arrive that their session with a child is canceled. No phone call. No text. When the student employee goes to the office to work the student employee is sent home without pay which is against state and federal employment laws. The scheduling is erratic and no one seems to know what is happening at the office. Its a mess leaving the college students involved vulnerable to unscrupulous parents with hidden agendas. Theres also the emotional trauma from dealing with certain parents and the kids who belong in actual therapy. The certification for the college students is ridiculous. They take a simple online course and obtain a certificate if they correctly answer 90 of the Knowledge Check questions. Then they are thrown into the program with no training little help or support. Theres no guidance whatsoever. Do not use this program. Do not work for them.

I highly recommend this office to each parent and professional I speak with. My son has grown by leaps and bounds.. He has improved and sustained in speech social interactions and compliance. I would say much more helpful than speech class at least for this kiddo. The staff are warm engaging and professional I feel so plugged in and supported. Its as if I am the only client
