Side door open to the public for the past 2 months. Management notified still nothing done 30 days later.I have been patient. ANY random person can open the door grab a childstaff and run or harm them....Aces has even offered the option to cancel my childs therapy because they CANNOT guarantee their safety. There is no reason why an established business cannot guarantee my childs safety and the lives of all children as young as 3yrs old. I have tried to call the Compliance line not in service. I have emailed not heard back. I have spoken to 3 in house managers and working on contacting the regional manager.I have started a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

No make up session. They are on shortstaff. Be prepare they will send you someone with zero knowledge. You will see instead of your kid they will train their new hire just hired couple hours ago for 17hour.

Worst onboarding process ever. There is no explanation of what to bringexpect for the first visit. You have to explain yourself and the issues you experience numerous times to various people before anything is resolved. The BIs consistently late for appointments. When you bring up an issue to a supervisor they like to tell you how that issue was your fault and dont take responsibility for their poor onboarding or lack of communication.

I cannot even begin to say how much I appreciate ACES. Seany my son would not be where he is if it was not for Lauren Melissa and Carmen. They treat my son like family. They help him achieve so much and his goals keep thriving because of having them as his team. He went from nonverbal to talking sentences I couldnt be more grateful to them. Lauren has become my sons best friend and we love watching him grow. If youre looking for the best help and support- Aces is the place to be

We used to have Eastern Seals and it was just horrible in terms of organization efficiency and overhead. When ES outsourced the services to Aces - blessing prosper and progress. Aces run personal as well as group sessions. Some BIs are better then others but we were lucky to have good relations to all of them.If I could change one thing - keeping stuff more permanent - but BIs rotate every 6 -8 mos and supervisors every 12- 18 mos. People leaving the company often so there could be issues with insufficient earning or benefits or both

The staff at ACES is loving and professional. I was fortunate enough to receive a wonderful BI for my daughter who worked with him M-Sat. My sons social skills have advanced and he is finally learning how to talk. The first time I heard my son say the word blue tears rushed down my face. I highly recommend this company to any family needing ABA services.

The worst service ever. Everything is against a client. They promise you to have make-up session only within the same week though but when they cancel classes they are not able to find a replacement. They just ignore me or refer me to their policy which is completely against clients interests. Their manager even refused to talk with me over a phone. So I feel like I waste my time with them. Also I chose them because they should work on weekends. But in a reality they dont answer a phone on Sundays and ignore me again. They just focus on getting money from SD Regoinal center. Very upset with their service.
