When I accepted employment with Ability Connection my understanding was I would be working with disabled children. None of the kids were disabled though there were a few autistic. The supervisors at Ability Connection were awful.worked in

Working with Ashley has been a terrible experience Shes rude incompetent and does things last minute and then doesnt take responsibility for her own short comings and then blames others for whats her fault.

The best place I could find for the care and learning of my daughter we have been there for 3 years and the program is excellent and without a doubt I will admit my baby who is now 7 months old. Congratulations to all the directors and team that make this possible

Creative options has been the best pre-school education my son can ever had. I feel 100 that my son is equipped with the tools in social emotional development as well as academic development. Thank you creative options staff for all the excellent support that my son had received for 2 years.

Would not recommend your child to attend this location. I have had my 4 yr old attend here since Sept 2017 and have had many encounters that my child was either pinchedpunchedpushed scratched bitten by a fellow classmate and no counseling was offered to the other parent to better their childs behavior. My daughter was happy to attend school when she first started and nowhere dreads to go because shes scared someone is going to hurt her. We as parents want our children to enjoy their school experience and speaking for myself I hated the experience I had with this location especially when multiple things where done to my child and nothing was being done to prevent it. Yes kids will be kids as the saying goes but I refuse to allow my daughter to think its ok to be hurt by another person and nothing being doneIf it was my daughter doing the damage I wouldve corrected it the first time it started. I am very upset with this location and advise parents not to enroll your child here.

I will openly admit to being an employee here but it is full honesty when I say everyone here really cares about what they do is friendly and tries their best to do what they can for people. They have many different programs that they run to assist people with disabilities ranging from infants to adults. A wide variety of professionals are available to fit a variety of needs and I am constantly surprised by how many different services are offered and the thought that is put into ensuring the services get the staff they need. Biased but honest rating of 55 stars.

Great company to work for. Wonderful people and a vision of collaboration in all departments to work as one for the benefit of our students faculty and employees. The field of Early Childhood Education can be challenging but I enjoy my job and coming to work at ACCO.

In the short time that I have been with the company I have grown so much professionally. I absolutely love the structure in place to help teachers reach their individual best. I have not only been challenged to be my best but I have discovered talents I did not know I had. I feel like the company has an expectation of me and daily I work to exceed that expectation.

Great organization. Connecting Families living with disability through their Parent programs and Employment support services and early childhood and education programs. Inclusive Not segregated but Inclusion Person Centered and disability is valued. Love them

High turn over very short staffed expect high ratios and longer hours because not enough closers. Before excepting the job ask for a few random tour and talk to staff and see if they are happy.
