My son has seen Dr. Rubin for many years. He first saw him when he was a little over 4 and continues to see him yearly and is now 14. We drive over 2 hours to see the best in the field. My husband is a physician and I am a nurse and I have to agree with my husband when he says as a physician he always knows when he is in the presence of greatness and Dr. Rubin is that The team is remarkable. I have never had an issue with returning calls or emails. Dr. Rubin diagnosed my son with Autism Spectrum Disorder on our first visit. We had been to Neurosurgery Neurology and Pediatricians all who told us he had no developmental issues. Had we not met Dr. Rubin our son would not be the success he is today. He has never taken any medications and with therapy and Dr. Rubins guidance he has grown into an exceptional young man. He does very well in school and socially and honestly unless I told you he is on the spectrum you would never know. We love Dr. Rubin

Dr. Ruban is fantastic doctor but the staff is useless and and very unprofessional. We wanted apply for Kattie Baecket waiver and it was a nightmare to get these forms filled. filled out all the papaerwaork requested by Georgia Medicaid and wanted doctor to fill out the Pedeatric DMA and few disgnosis and prognosis forms requsted by the program. Dr Rubans staff wanted me to pay them 250 to fill these forms out.

My daughter was diagnosed with autism by Dr. Rubin three and a half years ago. Since her diagnosis we have followed up with him every six months so her progress can be closely monitored. At every single appointment Dr. Rubin and his nursecaseworker Susan are extremely thorough and have never rushed through our appointments. Receiving an autism diagnosis is life changing and it left me feeling like a brand new parent again with no idea where to start. But Dr. Rubins team has been there every step of the way to support both my daughter and myself. Seeing the same familiar face at the front at each appointment is also very comforting...the office manager Jessica is very helpful friendly and incredibly quick to respond to emails and voicemails. I truly cant say enough wonderful things about this office. They have become part of our family and have been an enormous part of our autism journey. Thank you guys for all you do

I have known Dr. Rubin and his team for over 10 years. As a provider I know first hand that he is sincerely dedicated to the families he sees. His concern and involvement in their treatment does not end when they leave his office when he refers a child to us he routinely calls us to check up on how things are going. I know he works tirelessly day and night to help families access the services their child needs. This level of involvement is not the exception for Dr. Rubin but what we have come to expect from him.

My cousins daughter was diagnosed with autism. Her family is thinking of moving to the area so I called around to find a few specialty clinics but when I spoke with Jessica Williams I was sure this would be the clinic for us. She was so caring concerned and offered more information than I expected. If the rest of the office is as great as Jessica I think well be pleased with our choiceThank you Jessica

I have interacted with this office on many occasions and I always recieve the best customer service. For a doctors office that is as busy as this one is I am impressed with the prompt return on a phone call most times within 24hours. As someone who has often times dealt with offices who legit forget to call you back this office goes above and beyond. Jessica is always pleasant to interact with and Dr. Rubin is amazing with kids.

Dr.Rubin is wonderful. He has been seeing my child for 1.5 years. They have gone out of their way to be accessible and helpful whenever I needed them. I know he is very busy as there is only a limited number of Developmental Pediatricians in Atlanta. He is one of the best with well documented publications on child development We waited to get in for our first visit because he only has a limited number of spots. Part of this is because he takes so much time with each child. I highly recommend

WORST customer services TERRIBLE You can never contact them. They NEVER answer calls and they NEVER return calls although they said they would return calls in 48 hours. The truth is THEY DO NOT We have tried calling them for 6 weeks just trying to make an appointment. We also drove to the office 2 times but the office is close though during the regular office hours listed on their website. Now after 6 weeks and numerous attempts we still cant make an appointmentOther doctors specialize in the same area are limited and they may not accept new patient any more. But at least THEY ANSWER PHONESIf you dont accept new patients please just let people know It is just a simple phone call why you have to make it so hard

They never answer the phone you leave a massage and they dont return your call even though their voicemail clearly states we will return your call with in 48 hours and please do not leave multiple massages as this may delay our call back seriously this is a really bad business. I have not met with the doctor yet but the social worker spent 30 minutes with us and it was 900. Look somewhere else where they. Are about their PAYING patients. So sick and tired
