They do not follow up with their phone calls. Left a message presumedly for the head of the mental health clinic and after 3 days still no return call.I feel sorry for people that need immediate health because this isnt the place to go. Very unprofessional

They lie and tell you they call and leave messages and they dont Then want to accuse you of canceling appointments to cover themselves from their supervisor..

My therapist Christina was horrible. I mentioned multiple times I was having thoughts of hurting myself and would like to get on medication but she never tried to help me. She confused me with other patients and the last time I saw her she told me she couldnt help me because I wasnt trying hard enough and that my PTSD depression and anxiety were all my fault. That I want to stay miserable and Im not trying to help myself. Then preceeded to remind me Your mom is dead and theres nothing you can do to change it. Youre being selfish because you have a fianc and a step daughter that love you and all you can focus on is her. Maybe just maybe its because I had to watch her die The rest of the staff that handles the appointments are fantastic but other than that its not worth it. Find somewhere else to go too.

Dr. O is great for the most part but the nursing staff have always been awful. Im thinking its time for a change in providers.

I had 5 appointments with the doctor. 4 of the 5 times he cancels because of emergencies. Every time I had to wait 3 months for a appointment. Today he cancelled again 12-17-21. This is getting ridiculous. Considering going back where I originally started from. Very disappointed with this company.

Your councilor office isnt suppose to add to your stress and that exactly what they didI will never go backId rather go without help then get it from them

If u need someone to talk to then ok. Other than that dont expect much. Miracles DONOT HAPPEN HERE. THEY DONT HELP

Dr. Ortega Does A Excellent Job. The clerks and nurses do too.

Some do not want to be here yet many need to be.

I expected to get HELP here and had quite possibly the most unprofessional experience of my life. CARE MANAGEMENT here seemed to be a facade for something else expect little to no communication from care management team.
