Our home clinic is the Happy Valley location but they were all booked. However I spoke to a very friendly employee at the Ne Hoyt location named Lindsey. She was so friendly and helpful. She was able to let me know they had opening at the NE office if I was interested. Because so many people are sick the hold times on the phone are really long. Thats the way it is everywhere though these days not just at this medical clinic. She was nice enough to give me another way to reach her directly so that I would actually be able to get through. When she noticed that she had a missed call from me she called me back so that she could verify whether or not I was able to schedule the appointment for my daughter. Anyhow needless to say she went above and beyond and Im really grateful for her and for the care that my daughter received today at the clinic from Dr.Melissa Knisley. She was a very caring provider that also went above and beyond in helping make sure my daughter received the care and prescription medication she needed.Have had awesome experiences with Oregon Pediatrics since my daughter was born and we will definitely continue to receive care here.

We have nothing but praise for our sons primary doctor Dr. Megan Baker. The administrative staff on the other hand are rigid and lack empathy. We would be taking our little one elsewhere If not for the doctor.

Our son sees Dr. Laura Hendricks and she is caring and knowledgeable. She has taken the extra effort to get to know us as parents and this really helps with shared decision making. She has been able to get us in same day for sick visits which we appreciate. Her medical assistant is also thorough and great with vaccines.

Scheduling Staff leaves misleading notes on my chart that do not truly reflect phone conversations with parents...As parents we have the right to schedule visits when it works for our familyThe extra attitude and pushy demeanor was not necessary today. Yes I was not in front of our master calander with everyones appointments at the moment you called. Excuse me for not spending my life standing there... Goodness. And noooo Noone hung up on you. I said Have a Wonderful Weekend Thanks Bye... What else did you need

Our doctor is pretty good but a billing department that cant save a credit card and charge it automatically is unacceptable.Edit ok scratch that. Weve had enough rough insensitive assistants at this point that were never coming back. In a covid and flu swab today they made our kid bleed on each swab. Also who uses invasive covid swabs any more Should have just gone to zoomcare.

We love our doctor here and havent had any issues that you wouldnt expect to have anywhere else. We have seen several different providers when our primary wasnt available and they were all great.

Providers at the Providence location are chronically late. Staff blames it on the parking but the Providers at this practice have been unable to respect scheduled appointment times for over a decade. Long before parking was an issue. Or an excuse. Ironically the doctors my wife and I see in the same building connected to the same parking structure manage to see us on time. Regularly. There is simply no excuse for such seasoned healthcare providers at this clinic to make patients wait more than an hour beyond the scheduled appointment time before being seen. Perhaps if patients were able to bill hourly the Doctors would be more mindful of the time and respectful of their patients.

My kids and I love this office. We see a very amazing doctor who is sometimes hard to schedule with because shes very popular not naming names. When our doctors schedule is full we have seen other doctors who are available. They have all been very professional personable and answered all of our questions. I appreciate that whenever possible they offer me different ways to treat an illness and dont just prescribe medications or antibiotics for everything. I cant say anything but good things about them

Very disappointed with this location every time we were seen we were seen by a different doctor. I insisted they look at my son because he has croup and they kept telling me no and sending us home. Well today we went to the Clackamas location which is totally awesome the doctors are absoulety amazing and willing to do the tests to diagnose they diagnosed my son with croup the flu and thrush witch i have also been asking them about and they told me he did not have thrush. I will now be taking my kids to the Clackamas location.

I have been taking my son here since birth so 28 months now. I have found it to be a good doctors office. We see Dr Clark and she is very thorough and pleasant. She talks to both me and my son. She explains why certain things are asked. She answers all my questions. Once I had an issue with the medical assistant calling me back when they said they would but I called them back and was able to talk with them at that time. Other then that one experience all of our other visits and phone calls have been professional and handle timely. Thankfully my son isnt sick often but when I have had concerns they have either gotten me in quickly or answered my questions informatively depending on the situation. I highly recommend Oregon Pediatrics specifically Dr Clark.
