I worked for this company for several years in a group home. The group homes are like their dirty little secret. This company is unbelievably dishonest. Ive seen staff and upper management hide med errors and incidents lie to guardians and hide things from them. The upper management is run by Kelly Danger who clearly just wants to be friends with her mgrs and allows them way too much freedom to purposely fail. They will even lie and create write ups to fire anyone who actually advocates for the clients health and welfare. Kelly will back them up knowing that they are lying. The HR dept is an absolute joke. They are like a high school group of bullies who enjoy their little power trips and the ability to damage their staff if they dont lie along with them. Favored staff can come to work smelling like weed every day though and they never say a word. They do not want to deal with problems in their homes they want to hide them. I dont know why the state doesnt take a closer look at this non profit that is making the CEO rich and leaving homes without air conditioning in 90 degrees for weeks and without heat for weeks in the winter. Bug infestations mouse infestations etc. This company cares about money only. Im not sure how they sleep at night. The 5 star reviews are more than likely a result of pressure on their staff as they constantly push both for good reviews in a bullying fashion and for donations from the employees whom they pay the very lowest wages to. I wonder how much that rich CEO donates.. research the wages and nonprofit income Fraser brings in you will be disgusted.

I have two children that have been going here since 2020 and I have been very excited to see my children grow through the ABA program. Navigating telehealth during the pandemic definitely proved to be difficult but Fraser staff always were prepared and available. Both children have been attending speech and OT services then and now. We have had a consistent therapist for speech who we absolutely love. OT we had a consistent therapist for over a year until they left for an out of state move. Although we were heartbroken by this we have found success with our newest therapist. One of my children has recently started PT and we are so very thankful for how involved and communicative they are. The ABA program has made clear goals for in clinic and in home under the individualized treatment plan. They work closely with other therapist such as Speech OT and PT to ensure they incorporate needed goals. Overall we love our experienceThe only con that I can think of would be the influx of new faces. Bloomington location has opened new rooms which means more available spots and more technicians needed. Since ABA is 11. However the rotation schedule of technicians in my childrens room has been fairly consistent. I would say about 95 of the time I recognize the person as someone who has previously worked with my kids or other kids. If they are new typically they are shadowing at first and I meet them this way before handing my kids off to unfamiliar faces. Aside from this there has been change with people due to internal promotions and people leaving for different opportunities. I cant speak about the worker side of things but I can say from the outside looking in they try to help with burnout by having the rotating schedule and they do encourage internal promotions.Overall I feel confident with the team we have and grateful to those working with my kiddos

I have been working with Fraser since Early 2017 and I have not had any issues with them until August of this year. My son had an after 7yo diagnosis appointment and the clinician at the Bloomington site was nothing but rude. She could only tolerate my child for a max of 15 minutes It was a 3 hr. appointment and ended up giving him a very low IQ score. If she had taken the time to know him and ask me ways to help him focus and given him the same score I would not have been as upset. Everyone who knows my child Including former clinicians and his school teachers know that that was a very unfair score. I am not sure what has changed or if we were just unlucky enough to find a newbie who only cares about a paycheck but I am deeply disappointed in the treatment we received. I have met really nice people there who BTW they cant seem to keep but this one just left a REALLY bad taste in my mouth. She even literally pushed us out the door as we were chatting with one of my sons former PLEASANT therapists. Keep in mind we had not even passed the threshold of half the time we were supposed to be there. I will be having a discussion with his insurance next to make sure we were not billed for the entire 3 hours. If this is a place you are pursuing I wish you all the best. Like I said I have met some really wonderful people but if they continue to let things run like this letting things slip through the cracks then they might as well shut down. Autism is difficult both on patients and their caregivers be it parent guardian or PCA. I just find that a place that boasts of being the best in Autism care should be a little more careful about the staff they have at hand handling these kiddos.

Shame on Fraser - Minnesota They have wasted my husbands time since 2020 They lost my stepson in their system making us get back in line all over again for an evaluation a therapist dropped us after one session because she was moving on to something else and the therapist we FINALLY got him in with has been late FOUR SEPARATE TIMES. The last straw was this morning after my husband emailed her last night double checking that they were on for this morning and him telling her to make sure to leave time because it will snow. He shouldnt have to adult on behalf of someone else Do your job and show up on time to your appointmentThis is unacceptable I do not recommend their services. Do not waste your time and money like we have done for literally years.

I just went there for a behavior technician job interview and the whole place was a zoo Kids were out of control while the exhausted techs were trying to get them to calm down so they could continue to assess them. Im glad they didnt call me back because I would NEVER put myself through that madhouse

Worked at this location for a couple months extremely unorganized and youre not at all treated as an important employee at all. Everyone I worked with seemed on edge and upset. After being kicked bit blamed for situations and over staying my welcome I made the chose to be anywhere else. I loved the clients I was with but its mostly a daycare with less help..you will be given very little help with clients who need more help and talked to like youre a toddler. It take a lot to work in child care but no one seemed fulfilled in what they were doing

Worked here as a behavior technician last year for only 3 months. There is a reason they have an 2000 hiring bonus its an incredibly high burnout job and they seem to always need employees. Workplace was extremely unorganized and supervision never happened...rewarding in many aspects with the kids themselves but it doesnt measure up to the level of stress and constant anxiety that comes with being a behavior tech.

The apple valley site parkside south spefically was the most awful site to work at. The clients were fine but the manager Jamie and her assistant program coordinator Sam should be fired. The rudest and most unprofessional people to work with. If you are looking for employment with this company dont apply at the Apple Valley site parkside south . I would give zero stars if I could. I wish I took the same advice others have told me earlier but use this as a warning especially if you are a POC.

I have utilized Fraser for several assessments- and they were initially quite good for younger children. As my child aged I felt less so. My largest point of critism is directed at the group services for the teenage child. I had huge difficulty finding and signing up for the services the offer. They have no central point to indicate what the offer where for whom at what time. I did manage to get into the Peers class. It should have had 10 kids- but started of with 4 and in short order was down to 2.We then went to a group- in 7 months we had 6 different staff leading this and only 2 of the kids were the same. Due to this huge inconsistency they dont know the kids and just provide what a service that may or may not be what the group could be benefit from. As they Are not familiar with the kids when they say this group would be a good fit- dont believe it. You must also have a review of services every three month- with no time available in the evening. So you meet with people who dont know you child change frequently you miss work they dont remember what you stated as a goal for your child and are charged 225. This for a generic treatment plan that they claim is mandatory. Oh and another one yearlyThis service has the ability to be good. However at this time Fraser is a service that does not offer a consistent service with consist staff. They are not servicing the teen community well and I would not recommend their group services.I will say that the billing department was very helpful and they did know the specifics of the job.I was only at the Bloomington location- so maybe another site has their staff together and can keep staff but it sure isnt this location. I was there for over a year so this is a representative of quite some thing Good luck elsewhere

Working with Fraser has been life changing for me. Its often hard to find places that work with autistic adults and provide adult diagnostic assessments. Fraser has provided me with trauma-informed patient centered care and effective support to drastically improve my executive functioning and self-esteem. Some of the other reviews mention issues schedulingfinding services and staff turnover. I have also experienced this but personally think this is a problem not unique to Fraser but rather an issue in general with healthcare and services especially where there is a central schedulingsupport center for multiple locations as well as general issues with worklife balance and compassion fatigue in the current job market. Fraser does their absolute best to find solutions despite issues with providers communicating within the organization it often just takes a lot longer than would be desired. The front desk staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I cannot speak highly enough about the help and care Ive received from my clinicians at Fraser.
