I am very disappointed with our experience at CRG. We had a full battery test done for one of our children. We were not given a copy of the report during the zoom meeting to discuss findings but were told we could follow up with questions. It was challenging to understand some of the metrics and measurements without being able to see it. After receiving the report I emailed our psychiatrist follow up questions. I still have not received any answers and that was over a month ago.

Very disappointed. Dr. Larson was not invested in our son at all. He was more worried about justifying himself to us despite no progress. Certainly a lot of money wasted.

CRG helped diagnose our daughter with dyslexia and adhd. They were thorough and provided very useful school accommodations.

I am in my mid 30s but was taken here regularly from the time I was in 2nd grade through high school. These people only care about your money and selling pills. My first psychologist abandoned me as a client so he could be hunting buddies with my rich father without causing ethics violations. I know this because he told me. Didnt seem very ethical to me then and as an adult Im disgusted. My psychiatrist when I was in high school allowed me to get enough stimulants for me and and a few friends to get buzzing a few times a day with some left over. The same psychiatrist also gave one of my friends who also had problems with substances extremely high doses of Xanax. Both of these Doctors still work at CRG. The only helpful person I saw was Dr. Andy but he doesnt work there anymore.

I love CRG. No one else has ever been able to help me like they do. The front office staff is very helpful and prompt to respond and the NP that I work with is top-tier. I recommend them to everybody. My only complaint is that they dont take insurance.

CRG has been helping me with my mental disabilities since I was very little. They have excellent staff and doctors that have helped me and my parentsteachers in every way. This is probably one of the best places in Indy for people with mental disabilities.

We scheduled an appt 6 weeks out due to busy calendars. An hour before our appt CRG had to cancel when we called to reschedule we were put in the back of the line again a month out I needed to coordinate with my daughter so when I called back to confirm I had to leave a message on voicemail which indicated theyd return my call within 48 hours. That was 5 days ago and no return call yet to reschedule the meeting they cancelled last minute.

We brought our 15-year-old son to Dr. Parker after having a shaky freshman year in high school in the midst of Covid. An Occupational Therapist gave us the recommendation. Although my son does not have learning disabilities this was the first year he really had to work hard in school and it was an adjustment. He needed help with time management prioritizing and other executive function skills. Dr. Parker was easy to relate to he listened to my son and helped him figure out a plan that worked for him specifically not a one size fits all. He never made him feel ashamed of skills that others maybe already mastered. We would very highly recommend Dr Parker

After 2 months of depression treatment they decided not to schedule a follow-up appointment. They left it up to me to reach out if I wanted to continue getting my prescription. They know the effects of stopping medication cold turkey I do not. Mental health should not be treated as a business. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

Horrible experience. Children with mental health issues need consistency. My daughter had a different therapist every time or they canceled and had to reschedule. The front office is rude. They gave no real diagnosis just took a lot of money for nothing. Go somewhere else.
