The first red flag I shouldve noticed was the reviews being mostly about the workers working with the company. Secondly I was getting the run around due to insurance. Thirdly this company decided to send out a technician whose license stated inactive to my home. Fourthly the technician Keona Worthen decided to put her hands on my autistic nonverbal child This young lady left pinch marks on my child. My son was taking advantage of and might even be traumatized Its very unacceptable and unprofessional on all ends. I have pictures of the marks but will not be uploading them. PLEASE DO NOT waste your time with this company. I honestly never leave a review but if I can help the next child I will do so.

I recently had the privilege of working alongside the team at Blossom ABA providing consulting services. I must say it was truly an exceptional experience. The team at Blossom demonstrated high levels of professionalism and expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis ABA. Their communication abilities and collaborative approach to seek clinical guidance from their already exceptionally skilled staff affirms their commitment to excellence and dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of those they service.

Blossom was the only company to call us back. We have happily received their services now for 6months and its been amazing to see the change in our son. They communicate effectively and have met our needs quickly. I highly recommend their services.

Working here has been amazing. The amount of support I have received to grow as an RBT has been solid. You can always get in contact with someone if you need help with a client or just a simple troubleshoot issue. I feel seen as an employee here.

Pros From the very beginning my experience has been that this company has been very honest reliable and has operated with integrity. The onboarding team try their best to match client location and hours with RBT best suited for kiddo. I have been nothing less than completely impressed with their support and response to their staff. I had a dilemma with one of my sessions they were very supportive and as a team we found the best solution overall and I was very happy about the outcome and how they conducted business. They have showed their support from scheduling days offmaking up hours checking in with me providing bonuses making sure to highlight the staff and I cant wait for the Christmas partaaaaaayCons I can only say no benefits and earning PTO is lower than average but the pay is well enough to provide monetary coverage for benefits. I have been with this company for 6 months.

Ive been an Employee at Blossom for about 8 months and so far my experience has been beyond enjoyable. They take care of their employees from daily support to fair compensations. They are very understanding to personal situations and dont make you feel guilty if you cant take on more responsibilities than you feel like you can. Its the first job Ive had where I feel like Im well compensated for the work that I do and appreciated. They are also always open to new ideas and very proactive with solving problems for employees and clients. They surpassed my expectations as a BCBA

Hard to start a review when there are so many emotions involved. My husband and I agreed to leave a review to bring awareness to Blosson as well as save a family the trouble we had. Blossom was a referral from our pediatrician who highly recommend in-home therapy for my sons young age. The same day I reached out connecting with Devorah intake specialist. We spoke approx 15 minutes over the phone and she described many things that sounded magical but what stood out was the idea of Blossom working with our familys schedule. We didnt waste any time with the intake packet and submitted evaluation information. Devorah was extremely bubbly and welcoming first conversation. Fast forward to a lot of follow ups and late response times on emails and phone calls Devorah started sounding bothered by me. It took a long 7 weeks to get to a financial strategy with insurance. I had a few questions and wanted clarity. It took 3 days to get the contact of Chad Kaufman who wasnt responding by email to ask just a few questions over the phone. When I was able to get in touch with him it was a returned call after 500p. He started the conversation by saying Im leaving the office I dont mean to put you off but Im going to answer your questions as quickly as possible to get out of here. A family who has a child with a disability putting full trust was told this as an intro to a conversation about finances. How is the acceptablePost convo we finally had a go to set up a BCBA appt which took two 2 hr sessions of assessments. One with our son and one with my husband and I. The BCBA Takisha was great At this point we have reached the 9 week mark and started the process of finding a therapist through coordinator Rebecca. After 9 weeks of working with them Rebecca made it clear our familys schedule was difficult to work with and it will be difficult to find a therapist. This was discussed on my intake call saying it wouldnt be a problem and thats the beauty of in-home therapy. A lot of back and forth for a week of Rebecca saying it wont work out we decided to pull out feeling defeated. As soon as I sent that email Rebecca magically found a therapist who will work with our son 3 days a week. I emailed my new work schedule to all of my clients a full week before his therapy was set to start. The Friday before his scheduled start date Rebecca called to say the therapist no longer agrees to work with our family because she wants 5 days a week. Rebecca also explained most therapists need two shifts split over the week. I asked what the alternative was and she responded gave 2 therapists come in. When I said Id discuss it with my husband and call back by the end of the day she says I understand you have to talk to your husband but I have a very busy day and need a call back in 10 minutes. I was very clear about how I felt about that telling her she called me last minute to cancel therapy. We let our childcare go based on start date. Didnt have a backup for Monday which my husband and I both work. Rebecca everyone is busy. Get over yourself. Dropping news like that and putting a 10 minute stamp on calling her back almost made my head spin. This is a joke of a company. After I told her we are backing out and wont waste another second with them Chad called to see if he could make it work. The same guy who pushed me off of the phone weeks before. Our answer was still no. We found a center and within 5weeks are ready to start compared to Blossoms dreadful 11 week process. When you have a gut feeling listen to that. By week 4 I started telling my husband something wasnt right. It took 3 major issues to realize we wasted precious time. Good riddance Blossom.

Blossom did a great job Mr. Chad did a great job helping us figure out the schedule for my son. He worked with us and we were able to get a wonderful ABA therapist Ms. Jordan to come in a help him teach him and show him he can do anything.. Im actually still pleased with all shed done for my son. He still talks about Ms. Jordan. Blossom had one of the best band we were blessed to get to work with her.

Our experience with Blossom ABA was not the best. The therapist that our son was seeing was not professional and was majoring in coding maybe this would explain absences.... She missed a lot of days in a period of a month. We mentioned our concerns to the therapist and her supervisor yet nothing was done differently. We changed the service since we felt that Blossom was not taking their job seriously and got the run around from the supervisor as well. Their job is to be present and be consistent in working with children that have disabilities so they dont miss milestones that the kids are already struggling to achieve.
