Ive called multiple times to request HR help with a franchise in San Antonio TX and have noone to talk to about my concerns with my sons care. Theres a lack of communication with parents that need to be heard on the highest level of the company. I blame that on the ceo ..whoever that is

I have worked at Behavior Frontiers for over 4 years. I started as a Behavior Technician and was quickly promoted to Senior Behavior Technician. Behavior Frontiers offers a variety of trainings to make sure that their employees are knowledgeable about the many different areas where we provide services. I was inspired by my experiences with families and with Behavior Frontiers to pursue my Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. Once I graduated I was quickly promoted to Case Manager. There are so many opportunities at this company for upward mobility. The staff is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable about the subject matter. Everyone truly cares about the clients we support and their futures.

Behavior Frontiers has excellent and very knowledgeable staff. The behavior technicians that work with my daughters are very professional very passionate about their role to help my daughters succeed. They give me hope my daughters will over come this obstacle. The case manager is wonderful Keeps me inform of all the programs how this will benefit my daughters and dedicates her time with them. Behavior Frontiers is an enjoyable place to work at. Its not your average 8 to 5 job. There is always something new and different happening from the day to day. They are very flexible with your schedule. This job is perfect for me because Im a mom and they offer part-time positions. It gives me the time I need with my own kids. As well as giving me the time to be independent and join the work force. I get the best of both worlds. This job also fits perfectly for students that are busy with school and need a part-time job. If you enjoy working with kids as much as I do this is the job for you. Behavior Frontiers will help you reach your goals and there is always the opportunity to grow within the company.

I am more than blessed to have been hired by this company. The familys I have worked with have joined us to keep the consistency of what we are teaching their children. Growing up I loved helping in after school programs and in youth groups. I am lucky to have found this job where I can now take a direct hands on approach in helping these children develop and grow in the skills they need. Behavior Frontiers welcomed me with open arms and has respected me and valued me as an employee. My Case Managers have always made sure to stay in constant communication and attend sessions to make sure everything is running smoothly. There are so many rewarding things about this job but my ultimate favorite is seeing these children grow develop over time and knowing that I had a part in making that happen.

I absolutely love this company. I have worked for them for over 3 years now. I started as a Behavior Instructor and have now made my way up to management. My growth in the company has been facilitated by a very supportive and involved clinical staff. Things that I appreciate most about this company are an emphasis on ethical practices and clinically driven decision making. Behavior Frontier has been great to our family. We have been with them for over a year and half. My son has made great strides with them. His therapists and case managers are great. They are kind to my son to our whole family. They implemente programs that help my son do things on his own. Our son has Autism. I recommend them to anyone with a special needs child.

I have been working at Behavior Frontiers for 6 years. From the beginning they have been supportive caring and dedicated to both their employees and clients. They offer incentives bonus and ongoing pay raises. They provide a manageable caseload for Managers Supervisors and Directors. It can get busy and hectic at times but what job doesnt I am so blessed to love what I do and work for a company that has my back so I can help clients thrive and more independent life.

Behavior Frontiers in the third company Ive worked for and it is the best. The company provides comprehensive training and provides support to their staff. All the documents and paperwork are organized in one bin compared to one unorganized folder that other companies provide. The clinical directors case managers and supervisors are knowledgeable with degrees and certifications to back up their qualifications and yet are capable of providing a humble approach when training and speaking to new staff. Other staff members are also very friendly and have a welcoming personality. The company provides lots of incentives such as yearly bonus and sports events tickets. I am proud to say that I work for Behavior Frontiers.
