I started working with Behavior Frontiers in the fall of 2020 and since then I have grown to love the company The team is extremely supportive and provides a lot of feedback which has helped me continue to grow. They provide very extensive training and really showcase the amazing depths of ABA services

Behavior Frontiers ensures all new employees are well equipped with video trainings field trainings and several role playing scenarios prior to working with your first client. Supervisors are super communicative and helpful. Clients are great to work with The job is very individualistic since the focus is servicing the client so if youre more group oriented it may be challenging to adjust. Overall great opportunity.

Behavior Frontiers has been working with our son for more than a year and the impact they have made has been tremendous. Not only have they helped in behavior change management but have helped equip him with the essential skills he needs transitioning from childhood into teenage high school years.
