Horrible clinic. My child goes here strictly because its who partners with his school and we have no other options. If you have options choose any where else.First of all they will make promises about therapy that is not kept. For example theyll tell you your kid will be seen bi-weekly. Thats not going to happen most months. Theyll make up 15 different excuses as to why it just couldnt. But they wont make any effort to actually make it happen. Also a very specific example is that we were promised bi-weekly individual sessions and bi-weekly group sessions over the summer. They changed my kid down to one session a month individually. Didnt even bother to tell us.Youll try to get in contact with the therapist and that wont happen. Messages dont get delivered. But it really wouldnt matter even if they did because youre not going to get any updates about how your child is doing. Who cares that its your child who you enrolled and who you signed all the paperwork for. Its like you dont need to know whats going on. So youll ask your kid instead and hell tell you oh we just played video games... youll ask if you talked about anything while you played those video games... and hell say no.First appointment is at 800 a.m. let me tell you what if you like to be early dont. They wont open the door until after 800 so youll be stuck standing outside. And then if your therapist has to reschedule you wont get a phone call until after youre already there. And their excuse will be well we dont open until 800. As a provider of care if your first appointment is at 800 then you need to open at 730. Under no circumstances should someone be having to miss workschool to come to an appointment just to be told upon arrival that its been rescheduled. That is a complete and utter at lack of professionalism.Theyll also tell you that theyre scheduling system has been down for 2 months... And perhaps thats true... but the lack of getting it fixed combined with the lack of having an alternate solution goes to further show the problems and issues with this clinic.
