A mental health professional (such as a pediatric psychologist) can help concerns around anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, behavioral challenges, OCD, grief/loss.
Be sure to ask specific questions to a provider to understand their mental health offering. For some providers, “mental health” offerings might be as simple as a social group for your child to interact with others. But, it can also be as specific as one-on-one therapy for your child.
