Introduction

Hi, I’m Zoë, a pediatric occupational therapist based in Los Angeles. I work with children from birth through age 12 and am passionate about helping each child build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in everyday life. My approach is play-based, child-led, and strength-focused, allowing me to meet children where they are while making therapy engaging and meaningful. I have specialized experience in early intervention and sensory integration, and I believe that strong collaboration with families is key to helping children achieve lasting success both in and outside of therapy.

What words would you use to describe yourself?

I chose empathetic because children and families need to feel safe and understood before growth can begin—I meet each child where they are, while honoring the family's unique dynamics. Vibrant reflects the playful, engaging energy I bring to sessions, making therapy feel approachable rather than intimidating for young clients. Effective speaks to my commitment to evidence-based, goal-oriented care that produces real progress, not just for the child, but for the whole family system. Together, these words reflect my belief that lasting change happens when children and their families grow together, supported every step of the way.

Who are you best positioned to serve?

I am best positioned to serve infants, toddlers, and children through age 12 who would benefit from a play-based, child-led approach to occupational therapy. My areas of expertise include early intervention, sensory integration, and supporting children in developing functional skills for everyday activities. I particularly enjoy partnering with families who value collaboration and want to be actively involved in their child’s progress. While I work with a wide range of needs, I may not be the best fit for families seeking a highly structured, adult-directed therapy model, as my approach emphasizes play, strengths, and individualized engagement.
