Zatopa, Stephens & Kurzrock

Michael Zatopa, Ellen Stephens and Laurene Kurzrock have been representing families of special needs children, and the organizations that serve them, for over 70 years combined. It is our goal to maximize the educational benefit to children, minimize an adversarial relationship with school districts and mitigate the legal cost. We look forward to continuing to work with families, clinicians, evaluating professionals, and private special education providers to advance the access and funding of appropriate placement and services to students and adults with special needs.
