I cannot recommend Erin Gaul highly enough When my son first saw Erin he had already been in speech therapy for over two years we had seen several speech therapists and nothing seemed to be working. I sought Erin out because she specialized in orofacial myofunctional disorders and I thought she could potentially offer a different perspective. From our first visit i knew Erin was special and that speech therapy with her was going to be vastly different. Even her evaluation was so much more comprehensive than anything anyone else had previously performed. She really looked at the structure of my sons mouth to understand why he might be having trouble keeping his tongue in proper position. Before we even started classic speech therapy she had him start various exercises to help him practice keeping his tongue where it was supposed to be which I think was a game changer for him. Progress was slow and at times it was discouraging. My son would perform perfectly in her office and then he would revert back to his same bad habits once we left. But Erin was tireless in her efforts and was always able to think of some new way to either motivate or teach him. When she learned he was a big soccer fan they started watching Youtube soccer videos in her office and she had him narrate them for her just to get him talking. Even when progress was slow or when it seemed like he was taking two steps back Erin never gave up. And a little more than two years after we started hes finally been discharged. I can truly say that my sons speech is now perfect all the time and we owe it all to Erin

She diligently worked with our son and provided my husband and I with sound recommendations in class and strategies to continue his speech development at home each week. Im so glad I came across Your Speech Path and Erin My daughter 5 immediately took to Erin and LOVED her weekly time with her. Each week when Id say it was time to go to Ms .Erin she would come running and hop right in the car. She enjoyed her special time where they got to play games together. At the end of each session Erin would give me an overview of how it went and things to look for us to work on. She made a lot of progress in such a short amount of time. I highly recommend Erin to anyone needing speech services for their little one. She does such a great job connecting and making the learning experience fun.

The moment my son met Erin we knew that he was going to enjoy every session. She found ways to engage him in a meaningful way that met his appetite for play and helped him with the valuable motor planning and repetition he needed to find success. Erin Gaul was the absolute perfect speech-language pathologist for our daughter. Our 6 year old son has been going to see Erin for almost 4 years. We started at zero no one was able to understand what he was saying not his teachers not even his grandparents. We had a long journey but we have reached our destination. I always say some people are good at what they do but some people have found their calling in life and Erin is one of those people. Erin is incredible at what she does her skills her knowledge her ability to communicate with kids are phenomenal. In four years my son has never said he didnt want to go to speech. If I could leave six stars I would Erin is fabulous. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to children acquiring language she knows which sounds to expect at what age. She does a great job modeling language creating a warm welcoming environment and meeting my child where she was. I cant recommend her enough She is professional and communicative. From our initial session with Erin to each one thereafter she made my daughter so comfortable and free to express her moody but genuine personality.
