Fast thorough and kind every step of our appointment. Very pleased. They made my child comfortable and relaxed.

I scheduled an appointment using Solv platform the night before. After signing in upon arrival I was seen 5 min later and was out the door in less than 30 min. Nicole PA at Kittery urgent care was thorough thoughtful and expedited my visit so I could get back home to rest. I am always so thankful for the wonderful care and staff so close to home. Everyone here is fantastic

The Nurses and Doctors here were great as they normally are. There were a few minor mistakes that happened in 2021 and 2022 with nurses rushing and whatnot but I think that was a crazy time for everyone and they were likely overwhelmed and understaffed for the situation. It seems things have been sorted out.

Absolutely the most horrible visit I have ever had in 50 years with York Hospital. Did absolutely nothing to help the issues at hand. Just passed the buck to someone else. I came in with horrific pain and distress and you did nothing. Ive dealt with injuries all my life and this is the biggest FAILURE on York Hospital Ive ever seen

This was the firet time I visited this practice. From the greeting at the reception desk every.singke person with whom we interacted was more than just courteous in a professional way they connected with my daughter and I. They remembered and came up with details and ways to connect with her and with me. They worked extra hard to protect our privacy including instead of having us tell them our address at the reception area using information in the system from when I had called earlier. I was even imressed with the colors beautiful and really thoughfully placed signage. They also posted prices of services on bulletin boards and in the room we were in. Most places I go cant tell me the prices until they are billed. Everyone and everything about this practice feels embracing and the care was also extremely appropriate. We were there for a sports physical so no major interventions or care needed. We are very grateful for this first in-person interaction.

The front desk people were clear and concise. They were also very understanding. The wait was less than 5 minites. The MA that did a blood draw on my under 1 year old baby was very warm and quick. She did so well my daughter didnt react at all and was even smiling throughout the process. They were awesome

Scheduling appt was easy was seen right away by kind professional got x-rays taken and read all within 15min got orthopedic referral and great advice. They even made it as pleasant as possible.

Receptionists have always been very nice and professional. Ive had two horrible experiences with two different practitioners being extremely rude and unprofessional. My latest experience was overhearing the nurse practitioner and medical assistant talking about me from the room which meant other patients could hear as well. Not only was confidential information being broadcast across the clinic but I was being harshly judged and labeled for all to hear. When the NP came in I told her what I heard and was dismissed treated rudely and rushed out of the appointment. I highly suggest staff utilize professional development resources to learn about proper ways to conduct themselves compassion fatigue and HIPAA violations. Humans go to the doctor for help and expect a certain degree of safety not to have personal information broadcast across the clinic and to be judged and labeled.

York Maine Hospital Kittery Walk In Care Dept. did a great job helping me diagnose and get relief from my acute viral syndrome. The in processing was fast and efficient and my wait time to be seen by medical staff was less than 5 minutes. The nurse took vitals and the PA Nicole Lessard took a throat culture and did other hands on diagnostics before writing me a prescription and sending me on my way. Im feeling much better now and certainly appreciate the outstanding medical services provided. Congratulations on a job well done
