I am proud to be part of YellowBusABA it is a pleasant work environment.The center has comfortable facilities and they have the necessary materials what I need as a BT to provide personalized therapy for each client.The BTs receive weekly support from the supervisors which is helpful.

Horrible company they do not have experienced staff and hire people off the streets Threatened and did drop us if we didnt increase our hours after I went whole year with no staff bc they couldnt find me a replacement and now his schedule was full with other services.

No assistance no therapists they will just rid you of services if youre not worth their time. Beware look else where youll be happy when you do.

Yellow Bus brings a smile to my face My supervisors and the family I work for are wonderful. As an employee I feel valued and in turn I feel the work I do is important and brings positive change. I definitely recommend Yellow Bus as both an employer and service provider

This center is honestly one of my favorite places to work. The RBTs here are all wonderful and the Leads to a wonderful job at creating group learning opportunities.It is well-kept and has plenty of toys and educational materials for all of the kids who spend many hours a week here.

Recently coming into the Mineola center as a BT once a week was a delightful experience. The friendly atmosphere created by the staff and clients made it enjoyable for my own client on his first day. Engaging in social activities like toy bowling enhanced our sessions while the spacious environment allowed for activities like bike riding and wagon rides. Were all assigned private rooms to focus on one-on-one work. The morning greeting songs was a great way to start the day. Additionally the center has a diverse array of amenities including a toy house spacious enough for two kids to go inside various bikes a toy kitchen a cashier station OT toys a drawing corner and a wide assortment of toys ranging from dinosaurs to vegetables. Overall the center greatly improved our rapport and Im excited for future visits.

I was so hopeful when I found them because of advertisements but now so very disappointed. My son was diagnosed January 2023 and early intervention didnt find any services so I went looking for them myself. I found yellow bus aba and they were SOOO quick with everything. Paperwork they emailed me everyday checking in until I sent. They were persistent making sure I got a prescription for insurance phone calls house calls. All for what To email me every week for months now to say that you havent found a technician for my kid You had enough workers to call everyday to run insurance. On top of that they emailed me another parents address and Childs name by accident. This is so dangerous because what if the wrong person receives these peoples home address. I took my son out and will be making sure the insurance isnt being charged.

Yellow Bus ABA has no ABA technicians. They have been looking for ABA Technician for the past 4 months for my son with no success. Extremely heart breaking for my family because my son needs ABA services.

My son has been attending Yellowbus Aba Mineola full time since June 2022. I did not know what to expect or how my son would flourish and as a parent you always want the best for your child. At the start of September 2022 my son met his BT Reya. Through the course of a year I have witnessed a beautiful relationship between him and Reya. Because of this relationship my son learned how to trust others become more independent and even learned how to cope with his different emotions. As an ASD mom and its stigma it was difficult for me to navigate through his norm though Reya helped me through this process and I learned that things take time . My son is now verbally expressive and fully potty trained at 4 years old I cannot thank his entire team at yellowbus enough importantly I thank Reya for her patience efforts and for the confidence she has helped my son in finding his true voice .

Great Management Team at Yellowbus in Mineola. HUMAN Resources is also great following up with all your questions and very considerate and kind. We are all a great team and most of all Everyone is willing to help and support you with your clients.
