About Wisconsin Assistive Technology Program

Wisconsin Assistive Technology Program (WisTech) provides information on selecting, funding, installing and using assistive technology. People with disabilities, their families, employers, service providers and others can obtain assistive technology equipment on loan through the Independent Living Centers (ILCs).;The Wheelchair Recycling Program offers low cost, refurbished mobility and medical equipment to those who lack the resources to acquire new equipment. The WisLoan program offers loans for assistive technology.;The WisLoan program offers loans for assistive technology. The loans help people buy equipment such as hearing aids, modified vehicles, wheelchairs and ramps. Independent living centers throughout the state provide technical assistance, applications and assistive technology services.
