Dr Le is amazing and Im sure the other providers are too She is very kind and gentle with our daughter. She makes us feel at ease as first time parents. I love their staff. Everyone is friendly and accommodating and very responsive.

I had my son last July and switched offices when he was about 3 months old and it was the BEST decision weve made Dr. Sickler is truly the best. She answers all questions is so knowledgeable and so kind. I look forward to appointments because she really takes the time to listen gives so much good information. Id recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor for their little one

We love Dr. Michaels and the staff of doctors. They have taken care of my babies from day 0 to now 17 and 13 years old for every medical issue. It has been pretty good with the doctors covering each other and all have been professional. Most recent years the nurseoffice management does have opportunities to improve.

I work with Dr. Michaels she has always been great with my son. She has been seeing him since he was born. Shes always been polite and informative.

Rude rude rude staff. The are horrible to deal with. Very arrogant and unwilling to help.

Dr Le is the best pediatrician She treats us like family and we love coming to the office. The staff is wonderful and we are so appreciative of their care for our children. Thank you Dr Le and staff Highly recommend Willow Bend pediatrics

Our pediatrician Dr. Janet Lee was the best. The only reason we stopped going to see her was because we moved to Houston. She was very attentive to our concerns about our son. She or the nurse would call us back incase we had any lab work. She by far the best pediatrician weve had. The staff at the front desk were super helpful and friendly

This review is no way a reflection of the doctors who were all excellent.We moved a bit far away from Plano and are not patients any more. Recently I received a notification that we missed an appointment in 2022 and a fee of 25 regarding that is not been paid along with your account is seriously past due. Collection action is pending with out immediate payment.I am not disputing that we missed the appointment and have no problem paying the fee.You have my email phone number and a thousand other ways to contact me. This is the 1st notice I got after 8 months of the event.What if in the past 8 months I moved from our home address or were out of the country or somehow did not receive this snail mailI sent out the payment along with the this attached 1 star review. My kids were looked after by Dr.Michaels for 4 years. She was excellent. If you are looking for a pediatric doctor in west plano she is the best

We love Willow Bend Pediatrics Our family has been clients for over 10 years now. My children love Dr. Le and the other physicians. Dr. Le is fantastic Intelligent warm caring genuine excellent bedside manner. She graciously met with me as a nervous new 1st time mom during pregnancy to answer all my questions. This extra step proved how she truly cares for her patients. Highly recommend

We LOVE Dr. Sickler We are so thankful to have found her. She is so patient kind knowledgeable positive and everything you could ask for in a doctor for your kiddos. I didnt think doctors like this existed. We have been going to her since my 3 year old was born and now with our almost 1 year old and she has been spot on in every diagnosis. Every time I come in feeling anxious and worried about my child she leaves me feeling SO much better. When I was struggling with breastfeeding and not making enough milk for my first child she would encourage me and tell me what a great job I was doing - she was so supportive. Dr. Sickler is amazing for kids but also for parents We have also gone to Dr. Mehendale when Dr. Sickler is out and she is just fantastic as well I trust both of them 100. Great nurses including Becky and Jessica at the front is wonderful and is so welcoming. I absolutely recommend Willow Bend

Weve been a patient at Willow Bend Pediatrics and with Dr. Le for going on 7 years now since the birth of my two boys. My boys love visiting the office. From the front desk staff to nurses and providers - everyone is top notch. Dr. Le is caring loving knowledgeable and bright. She listens and addresses all our concerns and questions. Weve also have seen Dr. Frank occasionally and hes is just as wonderful as well. Weve never had issues making same day sick appointments and there is never a long wait in the office. I highly recommend Willow Bend Pediatrics.
