William King Self, Jr., CELA

Mr. Self has been a practicing elderlaw and special needs planning attorney since 2000. He has been a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) since 2004. The Certified Elder Law Attorney certification is made by the National Elder Law Foundation, the only national organization certifying specialization of elder and special needs law recognized by the state of Tennessee. His law practice includes estate planning and elder law, long term care and Medicaid planning, conservatorships, and special needs trusts. A member of the Special Needs Alliance, a major part of his practice is devoted to special needs planning for persons with disabilities. Mr. Self is rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell. He has been designated a “Super Lawyer” in Elder Law for every year since 2008.
