Office is very clean with many toys but not overwhelming for kids. Scheduling is very accommodating. Always doubles triples reminders. Quick to respond via e-mail or phone for any questions or concerns. They involve kids in plan of care and patient education in a way they understand. Dentist always follows up post procedure.

I appreciate the excellent dental care we receive here. My son is well taken care of and I would highly recommend this practice to other families. I have confidence in their services and would recommend them to anyone seeking long-term care. We love Dr Ortega

I just love coming to Sandcastle pediatric Dentistry My son always gets very bad anxiety before his appointment and the staff treats him very well and by the time he gets to his cleaning hes calm and happy.

We are really happy with Sandcastle Pediatric Dentistry. My son had to have an unplanned extraction that he was very nervous to undergo. Dr Ortega and his staff explained exactly what was going to happen and made my son much more comfortable. Then later that evening well after business hours Dr. Ortega texted me directly to check on my son after the procedure. This was certainly above and beyond and tremendously appreciated.

They are so great and wonderful and patient Ive always loved going there- 1 The space works well for a parent to be close to two or more kids even when theyre in different places 2My kids love the toys currently 7.5 10 gone there since little.3 They are very knowledgeable and professional 4 They can fix cavities without any pokes 5 They have TVs above the chairs 6 They stay up to date on the most effective treatments and knowledge. 7 They are very patient and accommodating.My son is autistic and today had a really hard time my daughter also has sensory issues and loves it there. But the hygienist was SUPER patient to allow him to be as comfortable as possible and eventuallllllly.. get the job done I wasnt sure wed be able to at the start but with patience and accommodation we were able to They are also quick efficient practiced and skilled even when only given small spaces and time frames to work in like he wouldnt open his mouth wide or for long.And yes hes had this problem before today as well and they have always been just as they were today. Love this place

Our young kids started going to Dr. Ortega last year and weve had the best experience. He takes the time to explain to our two year olds what he is going to do and meets them where they are each visit. Highly recommend Sandcastle for your littles especially if they are just starting to go to the dentist.

Took my child for there first dental appt and the staff was so kind and patient. They were great at explaining everything to my 3 year old and taking it at her pace. Plus their waiting room is so kid friendly and their goodie bag was a big hit

This was my sons first dental visit I had a great experience. The hygienist that cleaned my sons teeth was fast but efficient. Dr. Ortega was extremely thorough and had fantastic bedside manners. I highly recommend Dr. Ortega and his team at Sandcastle Pediatric Dentistry.

Finding a good pediatric dentist is incredibly important - its someone your family will see for years. I took my one year old daughter to Dr. Ortega for her first dental appointment and I couldnt have asked for a better experienceDr. Ortega was present attentive thorough gentle and incredibly knowledgeable. My biggest concern when seeing doctors is that theyre so busy I feel rushed and unheard. But not with Dr. Ortega. He was fully engaged and answered my million questions His education and training are also impressive. I feel confident and at ease knowing he will be caring for my daughters dental needs for years to come.The front desk staff and assistants are friendly and helpful and the office waiting area has a ton for the kiddos to play.
