We love KinderCare. Every person here has welcomed us from day one. Within the first week everyone knew all of us by name and everyone always has a smile on their face when we walk in the door. Her teachers always greet her with a smile theyre always excited to see her and theyre always honest about how her day goes. As a new parent I had alot of worry about sending my child away to a stranger but they quickly brought me to ease. They keep updates in the app so I know exactly when she eats naps and gets a new diaper. Her teachers are so attentive and so quick to send us the cutest pictures. Ms. Amanda and Ms. Maddie truly show the passion they have for children through the care of my child and I am so grateful for teachers like them. Kourtney and Savannah and all the rest of their wonderful staff do the best job of keeping the place all together and I couldnt imagine sending my child anywhere else.

My friends daughter has been bullied on multiple occasions. The issues and incidents have been reported multiple times and have not been properly addressed. The staff needs to be better trained in this area to keep all children safe. I would not recommend sending your or my child to this facility.

By far the BEST preschooldaycare ever After having a horrible experience at a different daycare not associated with KinderCare we found this amazing place that my kids love and look forward to going to everyday. The director Kortney and asst director Savannah are truly wonderful. During my tour they answered all my questions were very comforting at the fact that my kids would take some time to adjust and gave me all the information needed ahead of time to get them settled in their classrooms. The teachers are simply amazing my kids are with Ms. Amber Ms. Caitlin attend to the 2s classroom and Ms. Sam is in the 3s classroom they are constantly communicating with us letting us know what the kids are up to daily activities we get pictures nap time potty training etc. Its everything you could ever want more in a school. Beyond grateful to have found such an incredible place with such great people

We couldnt be happier with our experience at KinderCare. After a previous daycare experience that left us feeling quite disappointed we were apprehensive but from day one KinderCare has exceeded our expectations in every way.One of the standout features for us is their exceptional communication with parents. Their user-friendly app allows us to stay connected throughout the day providing us with peace of mind. We receive real-time updates including adorable pictures of our sweet girl as well as detailed information about her feedings naps and diaper changes. This level of transparency is truly appreciated.The care and attention our daughter receives is exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to engage her in various activities that are not only fun but also crucial for her development. Weve seen her skills flourish thanks to the nurturing environment they provide.In summary KinderCare is nothing short of amazing. Our daughters improved mood and developmental progress are a testament to the outstanding care and commitment they offer. We feel fortunate to have found such a caring and dedicated daycare for our child.

The best place to send your child for daycarepreschool.I absolutely love the wonderful teachers and directors at this KinderCare. Everyone is so nice caring and thoughtful.My child goes to school everyday knowing her teachers really care for and about her.The cirriculum is fantastic as well as the meal plan.All around 1010 facility.

KInderCare WhiteMarsh is by far the best childcare learning center around. My son is 15 months old and has attended KC since he was 12 weeks old. I could not imagine having him anywhere else and believe me when deciding where to place my newborn son I checked every center within a 10 mile radius. The moment I walked into KC and saw a clean warm inviting center where all the children were laughing and pIaying I knew I wanted him there. The teachers are so loving and kind to the children they care for them as if they are their own. As a newborn Ms. Sam and Ms. Erin were always on the floor cuddling with my son singing and reading to him. Unlike other centers that simply put the babies in bouncers or cribs all day. Now that he is a toddler they are always doing fun art crafts playing outside on nice days singing songs reading books. I see his increasing development every day and I couldnt be prouder. The best part is my son is excited every day to go there. He doesnt hesitate to go right to them every morning and gets a big smile when we pull up. As a working mother it is so difficult to be away from him but KCs app makes my days so much better. They are always posting pics and telling me what he is doing in real time. I highly recommend KC and we will be there for years to come. Ms. Kortney Ms. Breanna and Ms. Lindsey are always available to speak with you and address any concerns you may have immediately. So if you are in the White Marsh Perry Hall area there really is no better place to be.

My family could not be happier with our Kindercare experience. My son had a great experience in all of his classrooms and truly loved all of his teachers especially Ms. Lindsay and Ms. Kelly even asks for them until this day. Ms. Lindsay went above and beyond and would even check on him after he transitioned to his next classroom to make sure he was comfortable and well adjusted. We have also received such love and support from the people who run the office - Ms. Kortney Ms. Brianna and her team are outstanding. We truly miss being there.

We started at this Kindercare 6 years ago when my oldest was 2. They have now taken care of all 3 of my children. Weve been so happy with each room from infants to 4s. The current center director is kind competent and enthusiastic about taking care if the kids here. We love all of the teachers and some definitely feel like family. My kids miss them when were away. I trust the staff and management to make good decisions for my babies under their care. I love the artwork and thoughtful mothers and fathers day gifts they make with the kids. Its a fun supportive and nurturing place where my kids have thrived.

I started at KinderCare because my work offers backup care through KinderCare. The backup system is so easy to use and the help desk is always readily available.You get billed online so you can pay directly at your own convenience. Im so grateful to the staff at White Marsh KinderCare. It started rough but by 3rd week my daughter knows her way around and has established a wonderful relationship with all of the teachers. Everyone at the center knows her name and knows what she likes. The center is so well ran by Ms. Kortney Ms. Brianna and Ms. Alicia. All of the teachers work so well together and make sure to have each others back and always ensure that the children are the happiest. Aside from diapers and wipes the center provides everything. KinderCare has been our primary child care provider and extended family since 2014. My children love this place and even ask to go on the weekends. I would be lost without these ladies...so thankful for their role in our lives especially for the teachings and impact they have made on all of my children.Highly recommend KinderCare WhiteMarsh Ms. Kortney and her team are incredible.
